4 Upcoming Bikes Of Royal Enfield Releasing This Year In India

Royal Enfield is all set to surprise its customers by releasing 4 new upcoming models this year. The bike ranges from the much-awaited Himalayan 450 to a new 650cc twin-cylinder model. RE is the master of launching new models on time. It has already witnessed the launch of some exciting bikes this year. Let's discuss some of the models that will launch this year.

Royal Enfield Himalayan 450

Royal Enfield has been working on the new-generation Himalayan for a very long time. The wait will soon be over as the adventure motorcycle will likely debut next month in September 2023. The new 450cc liquid-cooled single-cylinder engine is powered by an estimated power output of 35 bhp and 40 Nm of peak torque. Additionally, the engine is mated to a 6-speed gearbox.

The bike comes with an all-LED lighting, 21-inch wire-spoke rims, and a modified instrument console. It has Bluetooth connectivity and a dual-channel ABS system with a switchable rear unit. Additionally, it features USD forks at the front, which will be part of the package.

New-Generation Royal Enfield Bullet 350

The new generation Royal Enfield Bullet 350 launch is near and will launch on 30th August. Royal Enfield has updated the Bullet with its J-platform 350cc engine. The same engine is already present in the bikes such as the Classic 350, Meteor 350 and Hunter 350. Apart from that, its design has undergone some noticeable changes, but the overall appeal stays the same to keep the Bullet's classic charm.

Royal Enfield Bobber 350

The upcoming Royal Enfield Bobber 350 sounds interesting. It diversifies the lineup by introducing a new model based on the Classic 350 platform. Additionally, it comes with distinct design elements that give it a unique identity as a bobber-style motorcycle. The bike has a raised Ape Hanger handlebar, a round headlamp, and a teardrop fuel tank. It also features a dual split floating seat, a prominent tyre hugger with the mounted number plate, and front set foot pegs. 

The decision to use the familiar 349cc J-series single-cylinder air/oil-cooled engine is similar to some previous models. It suggests that Royal Enfield is leveraging an existing and proven power plant. The enthusiasts of the Classic 350 and the bobber-style motorcycles will find this upcoming Royal Enfield Bobber 350 quite appealing. 

The New 650cc Royal Enfield Bike

Royal Enfield will debut its new 650cc bike, the new Scrambler 650, at the EICMA 2023. It has already previously been spotted on Indian roads several times. The market launch will occur in early 2024, with the underpinnings the same as the Interceptor 650 and Continental GT 650. 

The Scrambler 650 will be powered by a 648cc parallel twin engine capable of producing 47 hp of power and 52 Nm of peak torque. It will be attached to a 6-speed gearbox. Royal Enfield might experiment with engine tune and gear ratios to better suit the bike's scrambler appearance.
