Design highlights include a large fuel tank and a distinctive fairing that combines the tank into the light assembly. The Storr 500 is powered by a 486cc, liquid-cooled parallel-twin engine, producing 47bhp at 8,500rpm and 43Nm of peak torque at 6,700rpm. It is mated to a six-speed gearbox. This motorcycle boasts a tubular steel frame supported by upside-down front forks and a linked rear monoshock. It rides on 19-inch front and 17-inch rear tubeless spoke wheels with knobby Pirelli Scorpion Rally STR tyres. Moreover, the Brixton Crossfire 500XC engine is impressive and provides image power with its smoothness, punchy performance, and strong tractability. Based on that, the Storr 500 could prove an excellent middleweight adventure tourer. It will mainly compete with the Benelli TRK 502. Royal Enfield's 750cc Cafe Racer Spotted: A Powerful Upgrade in the Works

Royal Enfield is developing a new 750cc cafe racer, recently spotted testing in Chennai. The bike features a semi-faired design reminiscent of classic cafe racers. It has clip-on handlebars and rear-set footpegs for a sporty riding stance. Moreover, the test model showcased a unique Monza-style front fairing and a redesigned fuel tank, distinct from the upcoming 750cc Interceptor. This cafe racer is set to replace the Continental GT 650 and promises a thrilling upgrade. The new 750cc parallel-twin engine could deliver 5-7bhp more than the 47bhp of the current 648cc engine. This model is expected to debut in 2026-27. Enhanced Features and HardwareThe test bike features dual front disc brakes, a first for Royal Enfield. It ensures superior braking power. Alloy wheels, likely 18 inches in size, and traditional telescopic forks add to the performance-focused setup. While upside-down forks might feature in the production model, the test mule had twin coiled shock absorbers at the rear.  Furthermore, it includes chrome-finished indicators, blacked-out twin exhausts, and a single-pod digital display, possibly a TFT dash. The cafe racer also borrows a round underseat panel from the Bear 650, Royal Enfield's recent launch. 750cc Line-Up on the HorizonRoyal Enfield is planning multiple models with the new 750cc engine, including an Interceptor. These bikes are expected to be the most powerful in the brand’s line-up. They can generate a lot of buzz around the prospect of launching at EICMA in 2025 or Motorverse events. The much-awaited Auto Expo 2025 will take place from January 17 to 22, 2025. The event will occur in the Bharat Mandapam in New Delhi within the Bharat Mobility Global Expo. The theme "Sustainable Sources of Energy and Fuels" for this year will be based on electric and flex-fuel vehicles.  A Grand Showcase of Mobility InnovationsAuto Expo 2025 will become a big celebration of green and new ways of travelling. Alternative fuel bikes and modern electric scooters are expected to make an appearance here. New electric vehicle companies and bike makers are to unveil their new products. Let's find out a few of the launches and reveals ready to do their rounds at this event Bajaj Auto Bajaj is going to launch Pulsar NS160 Flex Fuel bike, which can run on E100 ethanol fuel. Showcased at IBET Expo 2024, the bike is said to look very identical to the petrol version. Bajaj's CEO, Rajiv Bajaj, said this model will hit the markets in March 2025. It has also been reported that Bajaj may release a cheaper Chetak electric scooter featuring a new design. The new model forms part of the company's expansion into electric two-wheelers. TVS Motor Company TVS could bring several alternative fuel-powered models to the event. The TVS Jupiter CNG scooter, rumoured to be in development, may be revealed as a competitor to Bajaj’s Freedom 125 CNG. The TVS Raider 125 Flex Fuel bike is also expected, which can run on E85 ethanol-blended fuel. Furthermore, TVS-backed Norton Motorcycles may debut in India with some premium offerings. Ola Electric Ola Electric plans to launch its Gen 3 electric scooter range at the event. The new Ola S1 Pro, S1 X, and S1 Air models may feature a compact design with integrated battery, motor, and electronics. These scooters will use Ola's in-house battery packs and locally-made battery cells. Suzuki India Suzuki is expected to launch the electric version of Burgman at the expo. This would be a good strategic move, considering that Honda has already scheduled the launch of Activa Electric scooter in November 2024. Hero MotoCorp Hero will showcase their newly launched models consisting of Karizma XMR 250, Xtreme 250R, XPulse 210, and the Vida Z electric scooter which they recently unveiled at EICMA 2024. Kawasaki has offered a discount of Rs. 1.14 lakh on the Ninja ZX-10R, which is now priced at Rs. 17.34 lakh ex-showroom. The 2025 model was launched in September 2024 for Rs. 17.13 lakh, but within a month, it was priced at Rs. 18.50 lakh.  This raised its price to the level of the BMW S 1000 RR, thereby reducing its value-for-money appeal. The ex-showroom price has been reduced by Rs. 1.14 lakh, bringing it down to Rs. 17.34 lakh. Price Reduction and Key Features of the 2025 Kawasaki Ninja ZX-10R in India The 2025 Ninja ZX-10R was launched in India in September at the price of Rs. 18.50 lakh. However, the same product is now available at Rs. 17.34 lakh. Earlier priced was pushed way closer in price to the standard BMW S 1000 RR, thus reducing the value-for-money appeal that the ZX-10R is known for. In response, the Japanese brand has quoted a reduction of Rs. 1.14 lakh in the price of the supersport model. Kawasaki Ninja ZX-10R has a 998cc, liquid-cooled, inline-four-cylinder engine. Further, the engine delivers 200bhp at 13,200rpm (210bhp with RAM Air intake at 13,200rpm) and 114.9Nm of torque at 11,400 rpm. A six-speed gearbox is fitted, and a bidirectional quick-shifter comes as standard. Other features include a TFT display with smartphone connectivity, multi-riding modes, dual-channel ABS, cruise control, launch control, engine brake control, and traction control. Moreover, the Kawasaki Ninja ZX-10R suspension consists of Showa BFF forks and a Showa BFRC rear monoshock. The bike is fitted with dual 330mm front discs and a single 220mm rear disc for braking, along with dual-channel ABS. BSA Reveals 650 Scrambler Internationally

The news of the new BSA 650 Scrambler has just been unveiled internationally and is creating a buzz in the motorcycle world. This is the latest in a long line of scrambler models. The bike combines classic scrambler looks with modern engineering into a retro-inspired design with rugged components. Features such as knobby tyres, raised exhausts, and ground clearance are for optimum off-road capability. In addition, it is powered by a 650cc twin-cylinder engine for modern performance and reliability. It is built on the same platform as the BSA Gold Star but still differs from the others because of its rugged look, modernised design, and colour scheme. Perfect Mix of Classic Styling and Modern PerformanceThe BSA B65 Scrambler represents proper scrambler styling, with a rough look from each view. The bike has a round LED headlamp with a protective grille, braced handlebars, interesting side panels, and high front and rear fenders. Furthermore, it comes with a single piece of seat, a specific exhaust, and block-patterned tyres. The fuel tank has a tag of the BSA Gold Star and comes with the standard BSA logo and a '65' decal on the side panels for that distinct look.  Additionally, the BSA Scrambler comes with the same single-cylinder, 650cc, liquid-cooled engine of the BSA Gold Star, along with a 45.6PS peak power and 55Nm of torque, matted through a 5-speed gearbox with slip-and-assist clutch. However, the engine may be tuned specifically for the scrambler's identity. It would also sport a bigger rear sprocket to enhance off-road torque.The BSA B65 Scrambler, for instance, has a round digital instrument cluster placed slightly towards the right. The twin-pod analogue cluster on the BSA Gold Star is different. The higher variants may even have smartphone connectivity features. BSA B65 Scrambler will likely feature the same frame as the BSA Gold Star, with some minor adjustments. It comes with a telescopic fork and fork gaiters, along with twin rear shocks. We expect that the suspension system will be slightly longer than that of Gold Star. The bike has disc brakes at both ends, accompanied by dual-channel ABS. The bike rides on 19-inch front and 17-inch rear spoked wheels, with 110-section front and 150-section rear Pirelli Scorpion STR tyres. Expected Launch and Pricing of the BSA B65 ScramblerBSA B65 Scrambler is likely to be released in the UK by December 2024 and could be available in India in early 2025. This variant may offer a premium of Rs 10,000 over the BSA Gold Star variant, priced between Rs 2,99,990 and Rs 3,34,990. The Scrambler will cost between Rs 3.40 lakh and Rs 3.45 lakh (ex-showroom).
