Royal Enfield has revealed the 2024 Classic 350 in India, with the official launch set for September 1, 2024. The latest model year update brings a few feature enhancements to the new Royal Enfield Classic 350.
The most notable change is the new lighting system, which includes LEDs for the headlights, pilot lights, turn indicators, and tail lights. The new headlight unit is similar to the one found on the Guerrilla 450 and Super Meteor 650. Moreover, the bike now has adjustable clutches and brake levers, as well as a USB charging port. It also offers seven new colour options: jodhpur Blue, Madras Red, Emerald, Commando Sand, Brown, and Stealth.
Technically, Royal Enfield has maintained the same design. The new Classic 350 remains powered by a 349cc, single-cylinder, air/oil-cooled engine. The engine produces a power of 20.2 bhp at 6,100 rpm and 27 Nm of peak torque at 4,000 rpm. So, this engine is powered by its powerful low-end. It is known for its torque, easy handling, and effortless riding ability. Also, the motor is mated to a slick-shifting five-speed gearbox.
The wheel components from the previous model are retained, featuring telescopic front forks and dual rear shock absorbers that support the twin down-tube spine chassis. The old model was known to be difficult to ride, so it is not yet known if Royal Enfield has modified the suspension tune. Braking is carried forward with a 300mm wheel at the front and 270mm at the rear.
2024 Royal Enfield Classic 350, Honda CB350, and Jawa 350. The new model is anticipated to come with a price increase of approximately Rs. 2,000-4,000 for the lower-spec variants and up to Rs. 7,000 for the top-spec variants.
