Royal Enfield Lineup: Meteor 350 vs Hunter 350 vs Bullet 350 – Which is Best?
CalendarPublished on October 27, 2024 by BikeJunction
Royal Enfield is very famous for classic motorcycles. Among them, Meteor 350, Hunter 350, and Bullet 350 are three of the most popular ones. As these bikes are versatile, it may be tough to choose one. Let's compare these bikes on key factors:      Benefits of choosing RE BikesRoyal Enfield bikes are said to be the perfect mix of retro-style designs and new features. They are very smooth in terms of rideability, excellent in terms of power, and, above all, give freedom on the roads. RE bikes are perfect for extensive tours as well as daily city commutes.      Design and Aesthetics     Royal Enfield Meteor 350 is a retro cruiser. Its large, comfortable seat is suitable for long rides. The bike also features a rounded headlamp and a classic tank. The Meteor 350 weight is 191 Kg, which makes it manageable for riders to use.      The Royal Enfield Hunter 350, on the other hand, takes a rather more aggressive roadster-like stance. Its sleek compact design and hint of a slightly aggressive stance catch the eye of the younger youth. Also, it sports sharper lines and some modern touches that showcase on road.      Royal Enfield Bullet 350 retains its iconic design to the fullest. It appeals to all enthusiasts, be they beginners or trained riders. The round headlamp combined with a traditional fuel tank promises its heritage.      Engine and PerformanceTwo motorcycles offer a 349cc J-series engine, while the one provides a 349.34 cc J-series engine. These engines deliver 20.2 bhp of power and 27 Nm of torque.  Royal Enfield Meteor 350 reportedly has smooth power delivery and a 349cc J-series engine, making it well-suited for city rides and highway cruising. The Meteor 350 mileage is 32.6 Kmpl, which is good for daily commuting.  Additionally, the Meteor 350 top speed is 112 km/h, which ensures you reach your destination on time.  Hunter 350 comes quite sporty in performance with a J-series engine of 349.34 cc. Moreover, it is impressive and responsive on the road while riding. In the customer's opinion, it's wonderful to ride off-road and even in the city. The Hunter 350 mileage is 36 Kmpl, which is good for daily commuting. Additionally, the Hunter 350 top speed is 114 km/h, which ensures you reach your destination on time.  The Bullet 350 cc offers a 349cc engine, which presents a real-time, ancient riding experience with a J-series engine type. This engine provides the rider with great output and torque, perfect for relaxed cruising.  Moreover, the Bullet 350 mileage is 37 Kmpl, which is good for daily commuting. The Bullet 350 top speed is 110 km/h, ensuring you reach your place on time.  Therefore, each bike has its strengths, depending on the riding style and wherever it's driven. Comfort and ErgonomicsOne area where the Meteor 350 excels is comfort. Its design, along with the wide handlebars, makes long-distance rides quite enjoyable. Furthermore, the Meteor 350 seat height is 765 mm, which is good for short riders as well. Riding-wise, the Hunter 350 feels more upright. This makes it great for city rides but not ideal for long distances. For some, the sporty design may feel uncomfortable and may not be a good experience. The Bullet 350 has a very classic riding posture. It is comfortable for a short trip but might not be ideal for long rides. Moreover, all three bikes offer decent comfort levels for their respective styles. Features and TechnologyThe Meteor 350 is equipped with modern features such as the digital-analog instrument cluster and Tripper Navigation, which makes it easy for riders to navigate. Hunter 350 has a similar instrument setup but focuses on the riding experience rather than high tech. Riders feel a sense of simplicity and a direct connection with the bike.  Moreover, the Hunter 350 seat height is 800 mm, which is good for short riders as well. The Hunter 350 weight is 177 Kg, which makes it manageable for riders to use. The Bullet 350 has basic instrumentation. Modern gadgetry is secondary to a traditional look. An attempt is made to sate old-school riders who want an old-school secondary to a conventional look.  The Bullet 350 seat height is 805 mm, which is good for short riders as well. Further, the Bullet 350 weight is 195 Kg, which doesn't make it much heavier for riders to use. Price ComparisonPrice has been one of the key decision-making factors. Meteor 350 price range ₹ 2.06 - 2.30 Lakh. Furthermore, the Meteor 350 on road price may differ according to the location and RTO taxes. Hunter 350 price range starts ₹ 1.50 and goes upto 1.75 Lakh. Additionally, the Hunter 350 on road price may differ according to the RTO taxes and buyer's location. Bullet 350 price range is ₹ 1.74 - 2.16 Lakh in India. In terms of prices, it is affordable as compared to both the Meteor and the Hunter.  Each bike is of good value in its respective segment of riding style for the respective markets. However, the above-mentioned prices are ex-showroom. Which One Should You Choose?Good picks are based on personal preferences: If you want a cruiser with comfort, go for the Meteor 350. Its mix of modernity and classic styles makes it quite attractive. Hunter 350 is for riders looking for a more thrilling experience. This bike is fun to ride and perfect for city commutes. It seems perfect for young riders who enjoy some thrills. If you like vintage motorcycles, Bullet 350 is a great vehicle for you. Its amazing design gives it the feel of early times. This motorbike has a dedicated fan following among enthusiasts. Before you take a leave, have a look at the New color added to the KTM 250 Duke lineup.     Follow us for the Latest Bike Industry UpdatesFacebook - https://bit.ly/BikeJunction_offl_fb      Instagram-  https://bit.ly/BikeJunction_ofl_insta      Twitter - https://bit.ly/BikeJunction_ofl_twitter

CalendarPublished on September 28, 2024 by BikeJunction
Royal Enfield is all set to launch a range of new bikes in India in the next several years. Some of the latest models which are lined up for launch are listed here. The brand is expanding its portfolio in the 350cc, 450cc, and 650cc segments as well. Following the updated Classic 350, Royal Enfield will upgrade the Classic series with the Goan Classic 350. There is also to be a single-seater version along with a 650 cc modern retro roadster. Here's a fine-grained look at what's in the works:    Why choose Upcoming RE Bikes? The upcoming Royal Enfield bikes promise to be an investment in innovation and classic heritage. The new editions will deliver modern features, higher performance, and distinctive designs without compromising the essence of its iconic look. Riding an upcoming RE bike will set the adrenaline flowing, with a growing community and robust support, besides a rich motorcycling legacy.   1. Revised Royal Enfield 350s:  Royal Enfield will refresh its other 350 cc models, such as Hunter 350, Bullet 350, and Meteor 350, shortly after launching the new Classic 350. The latest models will see fresh colour options, new graphics, and other refinement pieces to make them look amazing. The engine will, however, remain the same as the existing SOHC air-and-oil-cooled unit, slightly above 20hp and 27Nm of torque, and with the same five-speed transmission unit.   2. Royal Enfield Goan Classic 350:  Royal Enfield will also introduce the bobber version of the Classic 350, likely to be badged as the Goan Classic 350. The new model will feature a unique set of features, such as whitewall tyres, raised handlebars, and much better ergonomics, which single out the newly updated Classic 350. The new model will come at MotoVerse 2024.   3. Royal Enfield Classic 650 Twin:  Royal Enfield has registered the "Classic 650 Twin" name for a soon-to-be-announced retro-modern roadster with a 650 cc engine. Seemingly ready for its maiden look in early 2025, this motorcycle has been seen through its testing phases in India and Europe. It will have a single-piece seat, round LED headlamp, wire-spoked wheels, chrome finishes, and pilot lamps.   4. Royal Enfield Himalayan 650: Royal Enfield Himalayan 650 is a flagship dual-purpose adventure bike on the 650 cc platform, though it is likely to be more than two years away from the market.    5. Royal Enfield 450 cc Cafe Racer: A new version of the cafe racer based on the Royal Enfield Guerrilla 450 has been in the developmental phase. It is supposed to be launched during the festive season to compete against the new Triumph Thruxton 400. The leaked ideas from Royal Enfield product plans earlier even hinted at a cafe racer based on the 450 cc platform.  6. Royal Enfield Bullet 650: Like the Classic 650, a Bullet version should arrive soon. Although there is no word yet on the official details, it is likely to borrow some of the stylistic features of its retro-modern siblings.   7. Royal Enfield Scrambler 650: Apart from the Royal Enfield Himalayan 650, the test mules of the Royal Enfield Scrambler 650 have also been spotted several times recently, hinting that this bike will be launched next year as the “Interceptor Bear 650”Before you go, have a look at the India grants design patent for the Honda Beat scooter.  Follow us for the Latest Bike Industry UpdatesFacebook - https://bit.ly/BikeJunction_offl_fb     Instagram-  https://bit.ly/BikeJunction_ofl_insta     Twitter - https://bit.ly/BikeJunction_ofl_twitter

CalendarPublished on September 17, 2024 by BikeJunction
The Royal Enfield Bullet 350 gets new colours, adding extra style to a legend's design. This update brings modern appeal with a timeless look to the bike. Now, riders can enjoy dependable performance and vintage charm in an all-new combination. That's why this Bullet 350 Classic is more iconic, whether it is running through city streets or riding on the highways. Here is a new style update to the classic look of the iconic Bullet 350. Highlights:Bullet 350 now features a new colour.Total of five black shades available.Engine shared with Classic 350 model.Battalion Black priced at Rs 1.75 lakh.No difference between new and Military Black. Royal Enfield expands the Bullet 350 range with the addition of a new colour option: Battalion Black. The bike is now available in this striking new shade. Pricing, Features, and Market ImpactThe Battalion Black Bullet 350 has an ex-showroom price of Rs 1.75 lakh at Chennai, Rs 1,000 higher than the Military Black version. The Bullet 350 will come in five colours, including new shades of Black. Worth mentioning here is that there is no difference between the newly introduced black army and the existing black army. The Bullet 350 is powered by a 349cc air-cooled engine that produces 20.2 BHP @ 6100 RPM (14.87 KW) of power and 27 NM @ 4000 RPM of torque, mated to a 5-speed gearbox. It is built on a twin cradle frame and features 19-inch front spoked wheels. The 18-inch rear wheels are supported by telescopic brass and twin rear springs. The braking system consists of a front disc brake and a rear drum brake with a high-end finish. This model has disc brakes at both ends. Although the Bullet 350 would contribute little to Royal Enfield's overall sales, the company feels a need to promote it just because of its brand status. Also, the reputation of the brand is high, and since there is no startup, the buyers might not feel like purchasing this bike. Before you leave, have a look at the New Yamaha R15M Carbon Fibre Model launched at Rs 2.08 lakhFollow us for the Latest Bike Industry UpdatesFacebook - https://bit.ly/BikeJunction_offl_fbInstagram-  https://bit.ly/BikeJunction_ofl_instaTwitter - https://bit.ly/BikeJunction_ofl_twitter
