Furthermore, in the discussion of the best bike for villages in India, firstly, we need to understand the differences between rural and urban infrastructures. People living in villages have to tackle many challenges which a city resident gets as a basic need. The cities have the edge over villages when it comes to investment and capital infusion. If we talk in the context of the Economy and compare the per capita income or further look at livelihood sources- Villages are more about agrarian Economy in short space, and on the other hand city's Economy is based on the service sector. It directly impacts the purchasing power when rural residents have to purchase the bike for villages. The capital infusion brings the gap in infrastructure which further makes us think twice to select the best village bikes. There are several factors which will decide the criteria for the best bike for villages in India.

These factors are -

One such bike for villages in India are those which come at a lower price with high mileage and decent torque. There are no well-planned RCC roads or high-quality built roads, but villages are mostly awarded Bitumen roads. If the torque of the bike will not be sufficient, it will not be able to carry a load and further it can not be considered as the best bike for villages. Engine power will not matter much as compared to torque because village people are not intended to race or drag race with village bikes. Even the looks and design will hardly matter because they have to carry out their work and make daily life easy with their purchase of the best bike for villages.

For fewer mileage bikes, fuel consumption is high, and village people do not want to keep a problem; hence their preferable choice is inclined towards high mileage bikes in order to choose the best village bikes in the country.

Bajaj Tackles CNG Tank Safety Issues in Freedom 125 CNG Bike
July 6, 2024

Bajaj has launched the Freedom 125 in India at a starting price of Rs 95,000. It is the world's first CNG bike, and many customers might worry about the safety of having a CNG tank on a bike. Every year, many CNG cars fail, and bikes are more exposed than cars. Bajaj assures that the bike has been thoroughly tested for safety. The manufacturer says the bike has passed 11 different crash and impact tests at their test facility. How Bajaj Tested the New Freedom 125 CNG Bike Bajaj tested the bike from different angles. In the Front Collision Test, the Freedom 125 CNG bike crashed into a 1.5-ton moving barrier at a speed of 60kmph. Moreover, the company also did a Truck Runover Test, where a 10-ton truck was driven over the CNG bike. This test simulates a situation where the rider falls off and the bike gets run over by a truck. In both the Front Collision Test and the Truck Runover Test, the bike handled the impacts well. The CNG tank stayed in place, kept its shape, and did not leak.Bajaj also performed nine other tests: a Frontal Pendulum Test, a Rear Impact Test, a Left Side Impact Test, a Right Side Impact Test, a Vertical Drop Test, a 50kg Filling Unit Strength Test, two types of CNG Valve Impact Tests (to see if the valve breaks on impact), and a 20G Pull Out Test. Impact tests involved hitting the bike with a moving barrier, while drop tests involved dropping the bike from a height. What is Bajaj Providing in Freedom 125 CNG Bike?Bajaj designed the trellis frame and subframe to keep the CNG cylinder safe. These frames act like cages to protect the cylinder from damage in a crash. The engine is also placed away from the CNG cylinder, so the heat from the engine doesn’t affect the CNG tank. This is important because the CNG tank holds pressurized gas, which can expand when it gets hot. When filling the CNG tank, you need to get off the bike and stand at least 5 feet away. This safety measure at CNG fuel stations helps prevent accidents in case the CNG cylinder explodes. Before you go, don’t forget to check out the June 2024 FADA two-wheeler sales report. Follow us for the Latest Bike Industry UpdatesFacebook - https://bit.ly/BikeJunction_offl_fb                 Instagram -  https://bit.ly/BikeJunction_ofl_insta                 Twitter - https://bit.ly/BikeJunction_ofl_twitter

It is the second generation of the brand's electric ADV motorcycle project. The first prototype of the electric Himalayan was introduced last year at EICMA. The Himalayan Electric 2.0 brings several upgrades and improvements compared to its predecessor.  Design and Features: Rugged, Refined, and Ready for Adventure The design seems like a derivative of the Himalayan 450. The bike comes with a windscreen, round LED headlight and tail light, all the same as the Himalayan 450. It still retains the "tank frame" look of the ICE version but has the battery and motor well-integrated. As a whole, it is purposeful, carrying an adventure touring bike with a rugged look and the aggressive styling of a rally bike.  Royal Enfield hasn't revealed any details on the prototype bike's battery size or motor capacity. However, it does confirm that the motor and battery are the same. It also uses electronic suspension for the Himalayan Electric 2.0.  The test bike has gold-coloured wire-spoke rims, a robust swingarm, and disc brakes at both the front and rear. The riding position is tall and upright, staying true to the typical adventure touring (ADV) style.  Royal Enfield has stated that the Himalayan Electric is still some time away. Based on market feedback, the company plans to release at least two more iterations before launching a production model. But an electric Himalayan sounds interesting, for sure. Before you leave, have a look at the 2025 KTM 390 Adventure R Showcased. Follow us for the Latest Bike Industry UpdatesFacebook - https://bit.ly/BikeJunction_offl_fb  Instagram-  https://bit.ly/BikeJunction_ofl_insta  Twitter - https://bit.ly/BikeJunction_ofl_twitter

New Hero Xpulse 210 Previewed Before EICMA 2024 Launch
November 5, 2024

Hero MotoCorp has released a teaser for the much-awaited Xpulse 210 ahead of its official launch at EICMA 2024. The all-new model is supposed to be an upgrade on the Xpulse 200, boasting better off-road ability and a more potent motor.  It will boast improved suspension, better ergonomics, and advanced electronics in a superior adventure biking package. The Xpulse 210 is set to be both rugged and performance-focused, making it a likely favourite among enthusiasts and adventure riders seeking the best the event has to offer. Quick Highlights:New Hero Xpulse 210 teased ahead of launch.Upgraded with better suspension and electronics.Features a colour TFT display and LED lights.Powered by the Karizma XMR’s 210cc engine.Expected to excel in both on/off-road performanceThe new Hero Xpulse 210 has been officially teased on social media just ahead of its debut at EICMA 2024. More interesting details regarding this bike have surfaced, such as the fact that it uses the new 210cc engine—a mill so far found only in the Hero Karizma XMR. Hero Xpulse 210 Design Evolution and Key Features Revealed The styling seems to have evolved from the present Hero Xpulse design. The round LED projector headlight sports a brace around it, and the beak is sharper in design. The tall windscreen and large fuel tank resemble the overall current profile. The side and tail panels are new, too. The teaser also spots the LED turn indicators and LED tail lights. The Xpulse 210 gets a new color TFT display. It has managed to break the reverse LCD trend that most Hero motorcycles have had so far. It looks clean and neat, and there is a bar-type tachometer, large speedometer, coolant temperature, gear position indicator, and more. Also, it comes with a "Road" mode, which hints at a ride mode or an ABS setting. Furthermore, a 210cc, liquid-cooled, single-cylinder engine powers the new Xpulse 210. It produces 25bhp at 9,250rpm and 20Nm at 7,250rpm on the Karizma XMR. Hero is likely to tweak the engine and overall gearing to optimise it for both on-road and off-road use on the Xpulse 210. The bike will feature a six-speed gearbox, and the additional power, along with the sixth gear, should allow the Xpulse 210 to cruise comfortably at higher speeds on the highway. “Hero will unveil the Xpulse 210 today at EICMA 2024.”Before you leave, have a look at the Teaser Released for CFMoto 675 NK Prior to EICMA 2024.Follow us for the Latest Bike Industry UpdatesFacebook - https://bit.ly/BikeJunction_offl_fb  Instagram-  https://bit.ly/BikeJunction_ofl_insta  Twitter - https://bit.ly/BikeJunction_ofl_twitter

2025 KTM 390 Adventure R Showcased
November 4, 2024

KTM recently unveiled the 2025 390 Adventure R, updating it for adventure sports riders. The motorcycle benefits from a new 373 cc single-cylinder engine, which provides more power and torque and great off-road performance.  Electronics for ride modes and traction control have been added, along with a TFT display for further connectivity. The suspension system is further improved with an adjustable WP fork and an offset monoshock. The 2025 KTM 390 Adventure R seems to be an exciting adventure ride with a light frame and aggressive styling. Quick Highlights:Features a new 373cc single-cylinder engineEnhanced ride modes and traction control addedAggressive styling reminiscent of Dakar bikesEquipped with a color TFT displayExpected to launch in India soon afterThe 2025 KTM 390 Adventure has made its public debut. It will be on display at EICMA 2024. These images reveal the highly awaited adventure bike, the 390 Adventure R. It is the flagship model for the new generation of the KTM 390 Adventure range. That production model on display showcases some very interesting features. Bold Design Elements of the KTM 390 Adventure RThe new KTM 390 Adventure is bold in styling, almost along the lines of other KTM ADV models, but it does have some bold styling. It sports a front fairing that has a look and feel harking back to Dakar Rally bikes, complete with a horseshoe-shaped LED DRL and stacked twin LED projector lights. Above the headlight cluster is a tall windscreen that has a small letterbox-style cutout at the top for airflow to the rider. Another marked feature is the twin LED AUX lights placed near the fork stanchions. The fuel tank seems fairly large and is made visually larger with the aid of the tank extensions. The side and tail panels are also sturdy, as is the single unit of the seat that looks much like a rally bike in design but is highly practical. An orange beak, knuckle guards, and frame, along with part of the seat, are some of the key design elements on the KTM 390 Adventure R. Performance and Features Under the bodywork is the steel trellis frame, which has an adjustable WP fork supporting it and the offset monoshock. It has wire-spoke rims with tube-type tyres at both the front and rear and disc brakes. Note that the front disc has a neat cover that protects it from the elements when riding off-road. In addition, the 390 ADV R features protective devices as standard equipment, including a metal engine sump guard and bash plate. It's powered by the same 390 Duke's 393.3cc liquid-cooled, single-cylinder engine, which generates 45.3bhp and a maximum torque figure of 39Nm. It has made a great impact on performance figures in naked street format; it'd be very interesting to experience it all with the ADV version now. The KTM 390 Adventure R boasts a color TFT display with connectivity, including Bluetooth and navigation. Further, this motorcycle has a cruise control feature for long highway rides. The bike will be officially unveiled at EICMA 2024. Following its international debut, KTM is anticipated to launch the new 390 Adventure in India shortly thereafter. Before you go, have a look at the Top 5 Upcoming Bike Launches in November 2024.Follow us for the Latest Bike Industry UpdatesFacebook - https://bit.ly/BikeJunction_offl_fb Instagram-  https://bit.ly/BikeJunction_ofl_insta Twitter - https://bit.ly/BikeJunction_ofl_twitter
