Day 3 of the EICMA 2024 event brought exciting updates for motorcycle enthusiasts, with top brands unveiling innovative models and concept bikes. Hero MotoCorp showcased the Xpulse 421 concept and many more. Let’s check out each bike that hints at thrilling advancements for riders in 2025 and beyond. Hero Xpulse 421 Concept Bike UnveiledHero MotoCorp has unveiled the much-awaited Xpulse 421 concept with a fresh design and new features. This bike is built on a trellis frame and a tall, slim body inspired by Hero’s Dakar racing experience. Moreover, the concept design sketches reveal a stylish look, with hints of the Ducati Multistrada’s design. It also includes a large windscreen, handguards, and a big TFT screen, suggesting it will come well-equipped. Furthermore, this bike will be powered by a new 421cc single-cylinder liquid-cooled engine, expected to deliver between 40-45 bhp. It will have a six-speed gearbox with a slip-and-assist clutch for smoother gear changes. Hero plans to launch the production version within the next 18 months. 2025 Aprilia RSV4 RevealedThe 2025 Aprilia RSV4 and RSV4 Factory bring updates in design and performance. They feature a sharper, sportier look with a new front aero winglet that reduces wheelies by 8% and drag by 6%. The bikes now come in new colours, including the eye-catching Stingray Blue. Now, it comes with a new predictive electronic control system that monitors speed, lean angle, and throttle to enhance traction and wheelie control. All of these are managed through a 5-inch TFT display. Moreover, it is powered by a 1099cc V4 engine with 220 bhp and 125Nm torque. Ultraviolette Concept X Electric Adventure Motorcycle UnveiledUltraviolette has revealed its Concept X electric adventure motorcycle, inspired by the F77 platform but designed for more versatile use. The Concept X has an upright riding position with a single-piece handlebar, tall fender, and tank extensions. Moreover, it features an exposed battery with a crash protector, belly guard, narrow single-piece seat, and a tall tail for pannier mounting. This Ultraviolette concept bike features golden USD front forks, a rear monoshock, and disc brakes with ABS on both ends. It also has 17-inch wheels fitted with road-oriented tyres. Currently, Concept X is in early development, and it may take some time before it officially launches. 2025 Honda Transalp XL750 UnveiledHonda has updated the Transalp XL750 for 2025 with a few visual and functional improvements. Revealed at the Milan Motor Show, the bike now has a headlamp inspired by the Africa Twin and a redesigned windscreen with a duct for better airflow. It also comes with a new 5-inch TFT display that includes Bluetooth connectivity and updated switchgear. The Transalp XL750 is available in three colours, including Rose White, Pearl Deep Mud Grey, and Graphite Black.It retains the same 755cc parallel-twin engine that offers 91.7 bhp and 75 Nm of torque. Honda is expected to launch this updated version in 2025. New Kawasaki KLE Adventure Bike Teased Kawasaki is set to expand its adventure lineup with a new KLE model, which was hinted at during the EICMA show with the slogan “Life’s a Rally. Ride it.” The original KLE500, a touring bike sold from 1991 to 2007, is expected to return as a more rugged adventure bike. Furthermore, the key details of this bike, like a 21-inch front spoke wheel and visible dual header pipes, suggest off-road capability and possibly a multi-cylinder engine.
