    Smooth and Powerful Engine

The engine on the Scout is really smooth, and it has plenty of power. I love how quickly it accelerates and how stable it feels at all speeds. It’s a joy to ride in the city and on the highway. The only downside is the fuel efficiency could be better.

Indian Motorcycles Revealed 2025 Scout Lineup: Top Highlights
CalendarPublished on April 4, 2024 by BikeJunction
Indian Motorcycle has unveiled its 2025 Scout lineup, including 5 new models: Scout Bobber, Sport Scout, Scout Classic, Super Scout, and 101 Scout. These models will be available in three different trims: Standard, Limited, and Limited +Tech. The lineup marks a significant update featuring a new frame. The 2025 Indian Scout ranges have retained the iconic design elements of the Scout series. Additionally, the company will provide over 100 motorcycle accessories, allowing riders to customise their Scouts according to their tastes and needs. Experts Thoughts on Indian Scout Lineup Revealed The Director of Product Design for Indian Motorcycle, Ola Stenegärd, said, "Having the opportunity to lead the design efforts for the next evolution of Scout is a dream come true," "Our top priority was to uphold the iconic namesake of Scout and ensure the new lineup is as timeless as all its predecessors. For us, it was imperative to keep it clean, follow the iconic lines of Scout, and create a package that offered seamless customisation. To achieve this, it all started with the steel tube frame and all-new, V-Twin engine."2025 Indian Scout Motorcycles Lineup’s DesignThe design of the Indian Scout lineup draws inspiration from classic Indian Scouts. Each model showcases unique features that reflect its individual character. The Scout Classic has chrome wire-spoke wheels, chrome exhaust pipes, and flared fenders reminiscent of vintage styling. Furthermore, the Scout Bobber features the classic "bobber" style with chopped fenders, a lowered stance, and an all-black colour scheme for a sleek and minimalist look. The Sports Scout comes with handlebar risers attached to a machined triple clamp, a taller seat, and a 19-inch front wheel for a sportier appearance. The touring Super Scout is equipped with a windshield, saddlebags, and a pillion seat for added comfort on long rides. The 101 Scout pays tribute to the original Indian 101 Scout with special features like a dedicated ECU setting for increased power, an adjustable front fork, piggyback rear shock absorbers, machined triple trees, and distinctive colors. 2025 Indian Scout Specifications The new Indian Scout lineup is propelled by a SpeedPlus engine. It has a liquid-cooled 1,250cc V-Twin engine that delivers 103.5 bhp @ 7,250 rpm and 111 Nm of torque @ 6,300 rpm. Moreover, it also features four valves per cylinder and a double overhead camshaft (DOHC) configuration. However, the top-tier 101 Scout model offers even more power, with an engine generating 110 bhp.Indian Motorcycle has tweaked the SpeedPlus engine for enhanced performance, both internally and externally. Moreover, the engine's appearance differs from traditional Indian engines, featuring a sleeker and less industrial design. Notably, the SpeedPlus engine adopts a slip-and-assist clutch, improving clutch feel and reducing rider fatigue.Furthermore, the liquid-cooling system allows for a smaller radiator that reduces its size by up to 20%. This ensures efficient cooling while maintaining the engine's performance. 2025 Indian Scout Lineup Bikes’ Brakes & SuspensionThe 2025 Indian Scout Motorcycles features a redesigned chassis, with a steel tube front frame and an aluminium centre piece for a cleaner appearance.
