Vida V1 saw a reduction in Price by Rs. 25000 and is planning to expand its venture in across 100 cities in 2023.
Vida V1 and V1 Pro electric scooters made a significant price drop, to make their vehicle more accessible to the buyers. The Vida V1 now costs Rs 1.20 lakh, while the V1 Pro is priced at Rs 1.40 lakh. These prices are ex-showroom, India, and include the FAME II subsidy as well as the portable charger.
The prices of Vida V1 electric scooters are revised, and they are now significantly cheaper since its launch in October 2022. Previously, V1 was priced at Rs.1.45 Lakh, while V1 Pro was set at Rs. 1.59 Lakh. The Price looks much higher, but now that the price has reduced, the scooters are more accessible to users.
Also, the addition of subsidies by some states made them more affordable for Example, in Gujarat, the price of Vida V1 is Rs. 99,900, while V1 Pro costs Rs. 1.20 Lakh. The reduction in price came after its competitors, such as Ather 450X, recently decreased their prices. Ola S1 also has a lower price range.
The Vida V1 and V1 Pro electric scooters have a significant advantage of removable batteries over other models with fixed batteries. This feature provides users with more flexibility and convenience as they can charge the battery at any convenient location using a standard wall socket without requiring specialized charging infrastructure.
With this added convenience, Vida electric scooters offer more freedom to riders, making them an excellent option for city commuting and short-distance travel.
