Hero MotoCorp, India’s most prominent 2-wheeler manufacturing company’s CEO and Chairperson, Pawan Munjal, have brought home the Vida V1 electric Scooter. In an image shared on the company’s social media accounts - Vida V1 is finished in the company's classic matte abrax orange shade.
Last year, Hero MotoCorp announced its entrance into the electric mobility market with the introduction of Vida, a new EV subsidiary. Priced at Rs. 1.45 lakh, ex-showroom Bengaluru, the brand-new Hero Vida V1 Plus and V1 Pro e-scooters are available. Currently, Pawan Munjal, the chairman and CEO of Hero MotoCorp, has received a brand-new Vida electric scooter.
It's important to note that the Vida V1 started shipping to India in December 2022.
The Hero Vida V1 is available in 2 variations, and the highest speed of both of these electric scooters is 80 kmph. Regarding riding range, the Vida V1 Plus is expected to have a 143 km range, while the V1 Pro will provide a 165 km range per charge. According to the manufacturer, these electric scooters can be fast-charged at a pace of 1.2 kilometres per minute.
Hero Vida V1 Plus retails for Rs. 1.45 lakh, while Vida V1 Pro costs Rs. 1.59 lakh. Both prices are ex-showroom Bengaluru. However, it is substantially less expensive in Delhi due to state government subsidies. The Ola S1 Pro, Ather 450X, TVS iQube, Bajaj Chetak, and other vehicles are competitors of the Hero Vida V1.
