Shortly after introducing the Tenere World Rally, Yamaha has now expanded the Tenere 700 range with the Extreme variant. This variant is manufactured for the hardcore and off-road conditions. It's designed for adventurous riders, emphasising Yamaha commitment to rugged performance. Specs of Yamaha Tenere 700 Extreme Yamaha Tenere 700 Extreme is powered by the familiar liquid-cooled, 689cc, parallel-twin CP2 engine, producing 73.4 bhp & 68Nm outputs. The power outputs of the Extreme variant are similar to the rest of the range. The basic double-cradle, steel tube frame and engine also remain unchanged.  However, the KYB front fork has received a special & more durable Kashima coating, offering ‘smoother suspension action’. The KYB monoshock & fork are fully adjustable. The Tenere 700 Extreme is equipped with factory-fitted titanium footrests & a tall, beaky front fender.   Features of Yamaha Tenere 700 Extreme With a 910 mm seat height, the Tenere 700 Extreme becomes the variant with the tallest seat height in the lineup. Moreover, a ground clearance of 260 mm helps you have a smoother ride. The bike comes with a 5-inch vertical TFT dash with 3 separate display themes. The recently concluded MotoGP Bharat 2023, held at the Buddh International Circuit (BIC), turned out to be a massive success. At the heart of the action was the Yamaha Pavilion, a haven for motorsport enthusiasts. Additionally, the recently launched Monster Energy Yamaha MotoGP Limited Edition models made a striking appearance. Virtual Racing AdventuresYamaha Pavilion offered an exhilarating virtual experience for all racing enthusiasts. MotoGP Bharat had three gaming consoles, feeling the rush of high-speed tracks right from the Pavilion. The "Tilt Bike" simulator provided an authentic feel of navigating sharp turns, delivering an immersive and pulse-pounding experience. However, the Pavilion wasn’t just about bikes; it was a treasure trove of Yamaha-branded T-shirts and jackets, allowing enthusiasts to wear their passion proudly. Miniature R1 and M1 model bikes were up for grabs, serving as mementoes of this electrifying event. Yamaha’s commitment to motorsports and customer engagement shone brightly throughout the event. Yamaha Motor has launched the updated 2024 R15 V4 in Japan. The 2024 Yamaha R15 V4 accompanies the 2024 R125, which was also released in the home market of the motorcycle manufacturer. The mechanical components of both bikes remain the same.   Stunning Colour OptionsBoth bikes are offered in 3 new colour options - Black Metallic 12, Deep Purplish Blue Metallic C and Dark Bluish Grey Metallic. The Black Metallic 12- colour option is inspired by the new R7, giving the bike an all-black edgy look. Whereas the Dark bluish-grey metallic colour option combines blue and black colours, reminiscent of the R1 bike. Lastly, the Dark Bluish Grey Metallic adds a unique flair to the full-faired bike. The bike features alloy wheels with neon yellow finishes that go well with the bodywork's grey-blue colour & neon yellow pinstripes. Specs & FeaturesBesides the colour options, the 2024 Yamaha R15 V4 has the same hardware as the current model. The model is powered by the 155 cc single-cylinder, SOHC, liquid-cooled, 4-valve engine with VVA system, producing 14.1 Nm & 18.1 bhp. In addition, the engine is paired with a 6-speed gearbox. The bike further features a slipper clutch, an assist & a bi-directional quick-shifter. The bike also features a Dual-channel ABS for optimal braking power. Exciting PriceThe 2024 Yamaha R15 V4 costs 550,000 Yen (Rs. 3.08 Lakhs) in Japan, nearly two times more expensive than in India. The price for the R15 V4 in India starts at Rs. 1.82 Lakhs.
