TVS Motors has finally launched its highly anticipated Apache RTR 310 and has up the heat with a hot price tag of Rs 2.42 lakhs. The company has launched a new model with 3 snazzy & exclusive colour options for you to choose from. Furry YellowFirst on the list is the Furry Yellow colour option. This colour option is all about the vibrant yellow accents on the headlight cowl, engine cowl, front fender, rear wheel and half of the fuel tank. The rest of the bike gets a sleek grey colour. Arsenal BlackNext on the list is the Arsenal Black colour option. This colour option offers a perfect mix of bold black & sleek grey with a spice of red highlights on the wheel stripes & the striking ‘Apache’ logo on the tank. You can also see a hint of red on the rear wheel. Sepang Blue (Build-To-Order)Last on the list of spectacular colour options is the Sepang Blue colour option, which comes with the Built-To-Order kit. Talking about the looks, this colour looks just phenomenal with a perfect combination of blues and greys, giving an exclusive look on the road. TVS Apache RTR 310 Design & Other SpecsStarting with the overall style of the new TVS Apache RTR 310, it is quite aggressive & sports a rather radical design. The sharp lines, fierce full-LED split lamps, and sleek rear make it stand out from the crowd like no one else. Under the hood, it shares the frame with the Apache RR 310 but has its own unique sub-frame. Plus, it's packing some cool features. There's a fully digital TFT display that can connect to your GoPro, a climate control seat, a six-axis IMU unit for cornering ABS, traction control, & cruise control. Let's not forget the tyre pressure monitoring system and a bi-directional quick-shifter.The RTR 310 is powered by the same 312.2cc, single-cylinder, liquid-cooled engine as its faired sibling, the Apache RR 310. This new bike is a naked version of the fully-faired Apache RR 310. TVS has offered the new model with 3 standard SKUs and 3 BTO (Built-To-Order) customisation options. The bookings for TVS Apache RTR 310 are already open, you can go over to their official website to make the reservations with a nominal Rs 3,100 amount. TVS Apache RTR 310 is said to be the first of a new generation of the Apache line-up to inherit the 40-year racing pedigree & is exclusively built around the “Track to Road” philosophy. It directly underlines the class-leading performance, advanced features, technologies and looks.   TVS Apache RTR 310 Design LanguageEven though the TVS Apache RTR 310 is a naked Bavarian counterpart of the BMW G 310 R, it shares no design. The TVS model boasts a rather sharp & edgy look with muscular fuel tank extensions and a sleek & angular tail section. Other design features include twin LED headlights, signature DRLs, dynamic lighting, a split-style seat layout with a stepped-up pillion seat, etc. However, the exhaust canister of the bike does resemble that of the RR 310 & other 310 models by BMW. As for the colour options, you get 2 exclusive options - Fury Yellow & Arsenal Black. Additionally, you also get a range of accessories options, including - a visor, top box kit, safety gears, knuckle guard, and pannier with this new motorcycle. TVS Apache RTR 310 Engine & Gearbox SetupTVS Apache RTR 310 is powered by the proven 312 cc liquid-cooled single-cylinder engine. The same engine currently also powers the Apache RR 310 & BMW 310s models. This engine is capable of belting out a maximum power output of 35.6 bhp & 28.7 Nm. The engine is further tuned to a highly responsive 6-speed gearbox via an assist-and-slipper clutch. TVS Apache RTR 310 HardwareThe new TVS Apache RTR 310 is designed on a lightweight, aluminium trellis frame, similar to the RR 310. And even though the rear sub-frame is different, it still looks very sporty and shart towards the tail section & the pillion seat. The suspension system on the RTR 310 includes an upside-down fork and a monoshock setup. However, the standard model features only rear preload adjustability.
