Kawasaki Ninja 650 gets a price slash of Rs 30,000, while the Versys 650 gets a price slash of Rs 20,000. But keep in mind that these exciting offers are only available till the end of this month (December) and until the stock runs out. Both the models, Ninja 650 & Versys 650, source their power from a 649 cc parallel-twin cylinder motor. The engine is further tuned to a 6-speed gearbox and generates a max power output of 66 bhp & 61 Nm peak torque. Furthermore, these Kawasaki bikes feature LED lighting, TFT with full smartphone connectivity and traction control on both front and rear. If you are looking for something that is more oriented towards long-distance riding, then you need to go for Versys 650. Another day, another exciting launch. Kawasaki is going to be launching an upgraded model of its smallest offering yet - W175, and will probably showcase it at the India Bike Week today. As several rumours sat, the 2023 iteration of W175 will feature alloy wheels with bigger tubeless tyres. The bike might also be offered with new colour options for a fresher & attractive visual appeal. The current W175 gives major retro vibes, thanks to its round headlamp, teardrop-shaped fuel tank, circular mirrors, and single-piece seat. This Kawasaki bike is powered by a 177 cc, single-cylinder, air-cooled engine capable of producing 12.8 bhp & 13.2 nm peak torque. This engine is further tuned to a 5-speed gearbox for smooth and efficient power delivery. Kawasaki W175 is built on a double cradle frame and rides on 17-inch wheels. The bike is further suspended by telescopic forks and dual springs. As for the braking, the bike is equipped with a disc-drum combination along with a single-channel ABS. Moreover, W175 has a curb weight of 135 kg and incorporates a 12-litre capacity fuel tank. The current Kawasaki W175 is priced at Rs 1.47 lakhs (for Ebony) & Rs 1.49 lakhs (for Candy Persimmon Red). After months of speculations surrounding RS 457, Aprilia has finally put an end to all. The brand recently made announcements on all its social media platforms, confirming the launch of its Aprilia RS 457. The brand is all set to reveal the price on 8th December, i.e. tomorrow, at the upcoming India Bike Week event in Goa. Aprilia RS 457 is going to be the brand’s first MADE-IN-INDIA bike, which might make the pricing more competitive. We are hoping the price to be anywhere around Rs 4 lakhs in India, much lower than its direct rival - Kawasaki Ninja 400 (Rs 5.24 lakh). Aprilia has already revealed the price for its RS 457 in the USA & Canada, with their price being - USA - $6,899 (Rs. 5.74 lakh)Canada - $7,799 (Rs. 4.71 lakh) The Aprilia 457 design & looks are very similar to its elder siblings - RS 660 & RSV4. It boasts extremely sharp lines & contours that dominates the entire bodywork. The dimensions of the bike remain unchanged, too. Additionally, the suspension duties continue to be handled by USD forks at the front & mono-shock at the rear for the smoothest driving experience. In terms of comfort, the new 2024 Grom is fitted with a spacious single seat, offering the utmost comfort to the rider and the pillion. In Thailand, the 2024 Honda Grom will be available with a price tag of Rs 1.65 lakh. The bike is made in Thailand but will soon be exported to a few other countries, too. Motorcycle and Scooter India (HMSI) reported increased sales performance in November 2023, witnessing growth in both domestic sales and exports. The highlight of the month was the introduction of the new CB350. The Honda CB350 comes in two variants – DLX and DLX Pro, priced at Rs. 1,99,900 and Rs. 2,17,800 respectively. Bookings are open, and deliveries have already commenced. In terms of sales, Honda 2W (two-wheeler) sales, including both domestic and export, reached 4,47,849 units in November 2023. This marked a substantial 20% year-over-year (YoY) growth compared to the 3,73,221 units sold in November 2022, reflecting a significant volume increase of 74,628 units. Domestic sales specifically exhibited an 18.99% improvement, rising from 3,53,540 units in November 2022 to 4,20,677 units in the past month, showcasing a remarkable 67,137 unit volume growth. Exports also dipped by 9.84%, decreasing from 30,137 units shipped in October 2023. In November 2023, Honda 2W engaged in various activities, including the inauguration of new BigWing showrooms in Bengaluru (Karnataka) and Nagercoil (Tamil Nadu), aligning with the company’s #GoRidin spirit.
