SPOTTED: Husqvarna Nuda 901 Supermoto Bike, But Will it Come to India?

Husqvarna, a Sweden-based premium bike manufacturing company, is probably working on giving its iconic Nuda 901 Supermoto a new look. A test bike of the same has recently been spotted with heavy orange accents throughout its design. Here’s everything we know about it!

The upcoming Husqvarna Nuda 901 will get a rather long list of cosmetic and mechanical changes over its original model. The updated bike will feature a wide fuel tank with large shrouds and a single-piece seat with a side-mounted exhaust system. Additionally, the bike will have its entire frame exposed. However, it could be changed for the new production model by adding more panels around. In addition, the headlight unit resembles the original model, thereby protecting the originality of the bike. 

We are expecting the new Husqvarna model to share KTM 390 Duke’s LCD Motor, which belts out 121 bhp and 99 nm torque. The new Supermoto model, however, could potentially be tuned differently. Looking at the spy shots, the radiator grill looks larger than its KTM sibling. Other features might include dual rear shocks with dual front and single rear discs, along with USD front forks. 

The spotted model features 17-inch alloy wheels wrapped in road-biased rubber. The bike might further be equipped with rider aids like

• Traction Control, 
• Ride Modes, and
• ABS

Currently, the new upgraded Husqvarna Nuda 901 Supermoto is in its early stages of testing and will take a while before the final model breaks cover. But this model coming to India is highly unlikely.
