5 Latest Motorbikes Launching in June 2023 in India

In June 2023, the Indian two-wheeler industry will receive numerous new and upgraded models. This list will include products in both the entry-level and luxury segments, and we've listed the top five motorcycles we are excited to see in India this month.

Bajaj Triumph Scrambler 400

Bajaj-Triumph will unveil their jointly developed products, a 400cc roadster and scrambler motorcycle, in London towards the end of June 2023. These motorcycles are expected to arrive in India this month after the global unveiling and announcement.

The Bajaj-Triumph Scrambler will compete with the upcoming Royal Enfield Scrambler 450. The Royal Enfield Scrambler 450, based on the new Himalayan 450, was recently spotted in India. While the Bajaj-Triumph scrambler's specific mechanical specifications are not yet revealed, spy images indicate that it will feature a single-cylinder, liquid-cooled engine.

Additionally, it will come equipped with 19-inch front and 17-inch rear alloy wheels, a longer travel suspension, and an upswept exhaust. The hardware will include upside-down front forks, rear mono-shock, and disc brakes on both wheels. In addition, the scrambler offers premium features such as full-LED lighting, a digital instrument cluster, and dual-channel ABS.

2023 Triumph Street Triple Range

Triumph Street Triple

The updated 2023 Triumph Street Triple range, originally scheduled to launch in India on March 15, 2023, is yet to receive a new launch date. Bookings for these roadster motorcycles started in December 2022, with deliveries initially planned for April of the same year.

However, the British marque is expected to release this range of roadsters in India this month. It's worth noting that India will receive two variants of the 2023 Street Triple 765 range, excluding the limited-edition Moto2 variant.

The Street Triple range has undergone significant styling and mechanical upgrades. As with the previous model, the technical specifications across the range include a 765cc, inline-three-cylinder, liquid-cooled engine. In addition, however, the power output has increased.

The Street Triple 765 R will produce 118.4bhp and 80 Nm of torque, while the RS version, which is the performance-spec variant, will generate 128.2bhp and 80 Nm of torque. The Street Triple 765 R is expected to be priced in the Rs. 9.5-10 lakh range, while the more premium RS variant could retail in the Rs. 11.50-12 lakh price bracket.

Bajaj Triumph Roadster 400

Along with Bajaj-Triumph Scrambler, a retro-style roadster motorcycle that utilises the same liquid-cooled, single-cylinder engine as the scrambler. But, on the other hand, the hardware will be rather different, with the roadster-segment vehicle from Bajaj-Triumph riding on 17-inch alloy wheels on both ends.

The roadster's suspension travel will be relatively lower than the scrambler. Nevertheless, the roadster will share similar features with the scrambler, including full-LED lighting, a digital instrument cluster, and a dual-channel ABS. The price range of both the motorcycles of Bajaj will be around Rs. 2.5 Lakh to Rs. 3 Lakh(Ex-Showroom).

Hero Xtreme 200 S 4V

Hero MotoCorp plans to expand its four-valve premium motorbike lineup by introducing the Xtreme 200 S 4V. The manufacturer sells the Xpulse 200 and Xpulse 200T with a four-valve design. However, the two-valve variants are already withdrawn in India. This engine will be powered by the same 199.6cc, single-cylinder, air/oil-cooled engine as the Xpulse 200 4V series, which is connected to a five-speed gearbox. This engine will be OBD2 compliant and E20 gasoline compatible.

Apart from technical updates, the Xtreme 200S 4V will receive cosmetic updates in the shape of new colours and graphics. The general appearance of the new Hero Xtreme 200S 4V will be comparable to the current model, as seen in spy photos. However, it has new dual-tone paint and graphics on the front, side and rear panels. The upgraded model is expected to have prices ranging between Rs. 1.40 lakh and Rs. 1.50 lakh (ex-showroom).

Hero Xtreme 160R

The Hero's upcoming Hero Xtreme 160R will get big upgrades in its hardware. According to revealed spy shots, it will have upside-down front forks, which was already seen in the Pulsar NS160 earlier this year. Moreover, the bike will also receive an updated instrument cluster with additional features. The bike will also come with a dual-tone paint scheme.

On the other hand, technical specifications are expected to alter significantly, and the revised model will likely keep the 163cc, single-cylinder, air-cooled engine. On the current model, this engine produces 15bhp power and 14 Nm torque. Therefore, it can assume similar results for the coming model. Prices are expected to alter, with the upgraded Hero Xtreme 160R costing between Rs. 1.50 lakh and Rs. 1.60 lakhs (ex-showroom).

There are so many bikes that are expected to be launched in June. Customers are eagerly waiting for updates and new features that will be available on the bikes.
