Kawasaki has introduced the 2025 version of the KLX 230R S in international markets, priced at USD 4,999 (around Rs 4.18 lakh). Visually, the bike remains mostly unchanged. Similarly to the Kawasaki Ninja H2, this bike is also used for tracks only. It offers a blend of performance and reliability. While the 2025 model is available internationally, India currently has the 2024 KLX 230R S at Rs 5.21 lakh (ex-showroom).

Kawasaki India hopes to soon introduce the 2025 KLX 230R S to the local market. It offers Indian riders the latest version of this capable off-road machine at a more competitive price.

Kawasaki KLX 230R S features slightly revised bodywork but maintains its classic motocross design. It is available in two colors, including Lime Green and Battle Gray. The bike's appearance is bright and eye-catching. Moreover, the overall silhouette remains the same.

This track-only bike lacks road-legal equipment such as a headlight, turn indicators, taillight, and mirrors. Mechanically, the KLX 230R S remains unchanged from previous models. The S variant offers a lower seat height compared to the standard version. This makes it more accessible for riders. Furthermore, the KLX 230R S stays true to its roots, delivering a pure motocross experience.
