Kawasaki has introduced their 2024 foreign market lineup, which includes the redesigned Z900 roadster. The Japanese manufacturer's Indian branch sells this motorbike in our market, so we anticipate seeing the 2024 edition here very soon.
However, unlike in the United States, India will only receive the standard motorbike model. In the United States, Kawasaki sells the Z900 and Z900 SE. This version includes Ohlins suspension and Brembo callipers.
The 2024 Kawasaki Z900 motorcycle received minimal visual changes. It mainly focuses on an updated colour palette. The available paint options on the company's US website include Candy Persimmon Red with Ebony. It also includes Metallic Spark Black with Metallic Matte Dark Grey.
Apart from the new colour choices, the overall styling of the 2024 Z900 remains unaltered and retains its Z H2-inspired design. The bike includes a headlight with a sharp design, a muscular fuel tank, side slung exhaust, 17-inch alloy wheels, and split-style seats.
There is no change in hardware, with the standard 2024 model employing 41mm upside-down front forks and a rear mono-shock. The model's anchoring system consists of two 300mm discs in the front and a single 250mm rotor in the back. The mechanical specs are still the same with a 948cc inline four-cylinder, liquid-cool engine. The Indian-bound variant complies with the E20 fuel standards.
The 2024 Kawasaki Z900's India debut date still needs to be revealed. However, we can expect the launch in late 2023 or early 2024. The new model can cost more than the current model, pricing around Rs. 9.11 lakh (Ex-showroom, India).
