Husqvarna has introduced an updated Norden 901 for 2024, joining the previously released up-spec’d Norden Expedition. While the changes are small, they bring important technical & safety upgrades. These changes are expected to be wholeheartedly welcomed by the bike enthusiasts & Swedish brand’s customer base.
Moreover, the bike is all set to hit international markets in January 2024. However, It is unlikely to be launched in India for now.
The 2024 Norden 901 is powered by the same 899 cc parallel-twin engine, producing 105 bhp & 100 Nm outputs. Additionally, the parallel-twin engine is paired with a 6-speed gearbox. Wrapped in dual-purpose tyres, the Norden gets a dual front & single rear disc.
Featuring the same circular LED headlight with a smoked visor, Norden's design stays unchanged to a large extent. The large single-piece tank panels and its overall tall stance also remain unchanged.
However, Husqvarna has added a fresh grey & yellow paint scheme. The exhaust design has also been modified, meeting the Euro 5 norms now.
Exciting updates abound in the 2024 Husqvarna Norden 901. It now gets a hazard light that blinks during the emergency braking. Featuring an 'Explorer Mode', the Traction Control System provides 10 levels for rear-wheel slip. Additionally, riders can enjoy a suite of advanced features, including cornering ABS from Bosch, 4-ride modes, ride-by-wire throttle & a 2-way quick-shifter.
