Royal Enfield has finally launched its most-awaited 2023 version of Bullet 350 at a starting price of Rs 1.73 lakhs in India. And while it doesn’t look that different from the previous model, a couple of major upgrades have been made, making it on par with the other RE models.
Now, let’s have a look at what else is new in the new-gen Royal Enfield Bullet 350!
With the new Royal Enfield Bullet 350, you get 5 colour options to choose from (depending on the variant model).
Base Military Variant - Military Black & Military Red
Standard Variant - Standard Black & Standard Maroon
Black Gold Variant - A blacked-out paint scheme with golden pinstripes.
The 2023 Bullet 350 borrows multiple underpinnings from the RE Classic 350. For starters, it is now fitted on the same twin downtube cradle frame & the same J-series 350 cc air-cooled engine. This engine churns out 20.2 bhp @ 6100 rpm and 27 Nm @ 4000 rpm. As compared to the previous model, it belts out 1 bhp more but 1 Nm less.
The new Bullet 350 has left the kick-starter option behind. With this new model lineup, there will no longer be an option for customers to choose a kick-start option.
The new Bullet 350 shares the same chassis as the Classic 350 model. It includes a double downtube frame, conventional telescopic fork & a pair of twin shock absorbers for smooth suspension of the bike. The front forks are now a bit thicker and have 41 mm diameter stanchions as standard. No expensive USDs are available though.
The Bullet 350 has not changed spoked wheels that help the bike retain its classic old-world charm. The wheel & tyre dimensions mirror the Classic model, featuring 100/90-19 front tyres & 120/80-18 rear tyres. The wider tyres as compared to the previous model, give the new Bullet a bolder appeal.
Furthermore, this overall setup will result in much better handling & a more balanced and comfortable riding experience.
The styling aspects resemble closely with the new Classic 350 and its retro design language. The only major difference between the Classic model and the new Bullet model is the single-seat piece, the absence of a hood over the headlight & a new tail lamp design.
Apart from this new big launch, Royal Enfield has also begun its own Track School, click here to learn more about it & its carefully crafted programmes!
