Latest Kawasaki Z900 Updates

New Kawasaki Z900 Update on the Horizon
New Kawasaki Z900 Update on the Horizon
CalendarPublished on September 3, 2024 by BikeJunction
Since the Kawasaki Z900 hasn’t seen an update for quite some time, we believe that now is the best time for the Japanese manufacturer to revamp this naked bike.  Highlights:Weight reduction with a lighter chassis frame.Refreshed design with more aggressive looks.Possible engine tuning for improved efficiency.New aluminium sub-frame and swing arm options.Inclusion of bi-directional quickshifter and cornering ABS.  The Kawasaki Z900 stands out as one of the most budget-friendly inline 4-cylinder bikes in India. It makes it an attractive choice for enthusiasts and young riders looking for an affordable superbike. Its attractive price tag has helped it become a bestseller not only in India but also in many other countries.  Despite its huge popularity, the Kawasaki Z900 has been updated for a long time. We think this is the perfect time for the Japanese manufacturer to refresh its current model.  What modifications could the latest Kawasaki Z900 feature? The newly redesigned version of the Z900 may not need a new engine at all, as the existing 948cc inline four-cylinder engine produces enough power to compete with other bikes in its class but enables Kawasaki to produce it well for fuel economy.  We expect Kawasaki to focus on reducing the weight of the new Z900, as the current model weighs a whopping 212kg (kerb), especially compared to its rivals. To achieve this, Kawasaki could use a lighter chassis that has replaced the existing steel tubular grid frame and possibly some new aluminium. It can also be incorporated into a subframe and swing arm.  The current Kawasaki Z900 is powered by a 948cc, liquid-cooled, inline four-cylinder engine producing a peak output of 125PS and 98.6Nm. It comes with a 6-speed gearbox and a slip-and-assist clutch. In India, it competes with models like the Triumph Street Triple 765 R, BMW F 900 XR and Ducati Monster.  Design Overhaul and Feature Upgrades for Enhanced Appea In addition to the updates above, we would like to see Kawasaki revamp the Z900’s design for a more aggressive and refreshed look. Enhancing the bike with additional features like a bidirectional accelerator shifter, corner ABS, and turn-by-turn navigation will make it even more appealing. Before you leave, have a look at the Bajaj Chetak 2903 Launching Soon -More Features and Upgrades. Follow us for the Latest Bike Industry UpdatesFacebook - https://bit.ly/BikeJunction_offl_fb  Instagram-  https://bit.ly/BikeJunction_ofl_insta  Twitter - https://bit.ly/BikeJunction_ofl_twitter
