    Honda Working on a Next-Generation CBR750R?
    Honda Working on a Next-Generation CBR750R?
CalendarPublished on February 15, 2023 by BikeJunction
Rumours say Honda is working on a next-generation 750 cc sportbike which will be based on the Transalp Adventure motorbike and the all-new CB750 Hornet naked. The bike will allegedly be named following the brand’s sportbike catalogue, CBR750R.We aren’t surprised by this, though. Multiple brands have been using their single platform to cover a wide range of motorbikes for years now. So it actually makes sense for Honda to get on this boat as well. Especially when its 750 cc platform has been recognised by journalists globally, credits to its potency and versatility. And, even though Honda already has a 650 cc in-line 4 engine, the parallel-twin platform is rather different in terms of character and frugality. Above all, we have witnessed a few brands shifting their focus on the twin-cylinder platforms from the in-line 4—for instance, Yamaha Motor India with its MT-07 and R7.Doing a deep dive research about this in-the-works bike, here’s what we think the bike might look like:Will boast an angular bodyworkThe sharp contoured front fasciaPointed, upswept tail sectionExhaust similar to the Honda CBR1000RR-R FirebladeEngine and other equipment might share what CB750 Hornet has, which makes 90 bhp and 75 Nm.It may feature multiple electronic aids. Are you searching for a new bike? Explore bikejunction & compare your choice of bike, we will help you out with a bike loan. Select your bike according to category and other specifications on Bike Junction with just one click. Bharat Mobility Global Expo 2025: Three Exciting Flex Fuel Bikes Showcased
Bharat Mobility Global Expo 2025: Three Exciting Flex Fuel Bikes Showcased
CalendarPublished on January 22, 2025 by BikeJunction
Auto Expo 2025 witnessed innovation in the world of automobiles. Among the exhibits were three flex-fuel bikes-Suzuki Gixxer SF 250 Flex Fuel, TVS Raider 125 FFT, and Honda CB 300F Flex Fuel. These fuel-flex bikes will run on ethanol-blended fuels, which makes riding cleaner and more sustainable. Let's brief ourselves about these two-wheelers: What is Fuel-Flex Technology? Fuel-Flex Technology enables automobiles to run with several types of fuel combinations. In most cases, this consists of petrol mixed with ethanol, which is a cleaner and more renewable type of fuel.  Flex-fuel engines are constructed to self-adapt to high ethanol levels, such as in E85 (85% ethanol, 15% petrol). It decreases carbon emissions and makes consumers less dependent on gasoline. Additionally, it affords users more flexible choices with environmentally friendly types of fuel. Suzuki Gixxer SF 250 Flex FuelSuzuki has launched its first flex-fuel sports bike in India, the Gixxer SF 250 Flex Fuel. This bike is priced at Rs. 2,16,500 (ex-showroom). It is now OBD2B compliant and can run on fuels with up to 85% ethanol. The Gixxer SF 250 Flex Fuel is fitted with a 250cc liquid-cooled engine with 27.9PS of power and 22.5Nm of torque. It also comes with a 6-speed gearbox. In addition to the engine, it comes equipped with new fuel injectors, a fuel pump, and a fuel filter, which would enhance the acceptance of ethanol-blended fuel. Furthermore, it has two classy colour options - Metallic Mat Black No. 2 / Metallic Mat Bordeaux Red and Metallic Mat Black No. 2. TVS Raider 125 FFTThe TVS company also revealed the Raider 125 FFT, which is a flex-fuel edition of its sporty commuter bike. The bike has Flex-Fuel Technology (FFT) and uses E85. It has an air-cooled, 125cc single-cylinder engine that churns out 11.38PS and 11.2Nm of torque. The bike is also equipped with a 5-speed gearbox. While there's no official launch for the Raider FFT yet, it is expected to make its market debut in mid-2025. Honda CB 300F Flex FuelHonda showcased the CB 300F Flex Fuel at the expo. It is already on sale in India for Rs. 1,70,000 (ex-showroom) and is available in Sports Red and Mat Axis Grey Metallic shades. It uses a 293.52cc oil-cooled single-cylinder engine that puts out 24.8PS and 25.9Nm of peak torque. The motor is paired with a 6-speed gearbox and has a slip-and-assist clutch. In addition, it has an ethanol indicator that identifies fuel blends above 85% ethanol. Modern amenities include an LCD instrument cluster, all-LED lighting, and traction control. Before you go, don’t forget to check out the recently launched 2025 Honda Livo bike.Follow us for the Latest Bike Industry UpdatesFacebook - https://bit.ly/BikeJunction_offl_fbInstagram-  https://bit.ly/BikeJunction_ofl_instaTwitter - https://bit.ly/BikeJunction_ofl_twitter
