Top 5 Latest Launches in India in September 2024
CalendarPublished on September 17, 2024 by BikeJunction
September 2024 has been an exciting month for bike enthusiasts in India, with several new two-wheelers hitting the market. From sporty models to affordable commuters, manufacturers have launched a variety of options to suit different riders. These new bikes offer advanced features, stylish designs, and improved performance. Let’s explore the top 5 latest launches in India in September 2024. Why Manufacturers Launch Two-Wheelers Around the Festive Season? Manufacturers launch two-wheelers around the festive season because people are more likely to make big purchases during these times. Festivals like Diwali and Dussehra are seen as lucky times to buy new things, including bikes and scooters.  Moreover, many people also receive bonuses or extra income during this period, which makes it easier for them to afford a new vehicle. To attract buyers, companies often offer special discounts, new models, and promotions. This festive shopping boost helps manufacturers increase sales and clear out older stock. Hero Xtreme 160R 2V Launched Hero MotoCorp has launched the 2024 Xtreme 160R 2V in India at a price of Rs. 1.11 lakh, making it Rs. 10,000 cheaper than before. The price cut might be aimed at boosting sales ahead of the upcoming festive season. Moreover, the bike is built on the existing Xtreme 160R platform but now comes with a two-valve engine setup. Some other minor updates include a redesigned H-shaped tail light, a flatter pillion seat, and the addition of a drag race timer. Yamaha R15M Carbon Fibre Edition & MotoGP Edition LaunchedYamaha has launched two exciting new variants of the R15M in India, including the R15M MotoGP Edition at Rs 1.98 lakh and the R15M Carbon Fibre Edition at Rs 2.08 lakh. The MotoGP edition flaunts the Monster Energy Yamaha MotoGP team’s striking black, blue, and silver livery. On the other hand, the Carbon Fibre Edition mimics the premium R1M with a water-dipped carbon fibre pattern.  Both models feature a 155cc, liquid-cooled engine that delivers 18bhp. Moreover, these bikes offer enhanced tech, including a TFT display with Bluetooth connectivity, turn-by-turn navigation, and music control via the Yamaha Y-connect app. Royal Enfield Bullet 350 Unveiled in New ColourRoyal Enfield has expanded its iconic Bullet 350 lineup with a new Battalion Black colour option. This RE bike is priced at Rs 1.74 - 2.16 lakh, and this latest shade is Rs 1,000 more than the Military Black. However, there are no mechanical differences between the two. It is powered by a 349cc air-cooled engine delivering 20.2 bhp and 27 Nm of torque. Moreover, the heritage and strong brand recall make the Bullet 350 a beloved bike in the RE lineup. 2024 TVS Apache RR 310 LaunchedTVS Bikes has launched the 2024 Apache RR 310 in India at Rs 2.75 lakh (ex-showroom). The bike features new 'Apache' decals and comes in Racing Red and Bomber Grey colours. Moreover, notable additions include winglets for 3kg of downforce and a transparent clutch cover. It comes with a 312.2 cc engine that now offers 38bhp, with enhancements for better performance.  Apart from this, the bike also features LED lighting, a TFT display, and Bluetooth connectivity. TVS offers two upgrade kits, including Dynamic and Dynamic Pro that offer enhanced suspension and advanced rider aids. You can book Apache RR 310 now at TVS showrooms. BMW F900 GS LaunchedBMW Motorrad has launched the F 900 GS and F 900 GS Adventure at a price tag of Rs. 13.75 lakh and Rs. 14.75 lakh, respectively. These adventure bikes are powered by an 895cc twin-cylinder engine that produces 105bhp and 93Nm torque.  The F 900 GS is designed for off-road riding, with a lighter weight of 226kg and a smaller 14.5-litre fuel tank. Meanwhile, the Adventure model has a bigger 23-litre tank, which makes it a better option for long trips. Both bikes come with advanced tech like traction control, ABS, multiple riding modes, and a 6.5-inch TFT display. Deliveries of these BMW bikes will start in October 2024.Before you go, don’t forget to check out the new colour options unveiled for upcoming Hero Destini 125.Follow us for the Latest Bike Industry UpdatesFacebook - https://bit.ly/BikeJunction_offl_fbInstagram-  https://bit.ly/BikeJunction_ofl_instaTwitter - https://bit.ly/BikeJunction_ofl_twitter

Hero MotoCorp's Upcoming Lineup: 4 New Bikes Set to Launch in 2025
Hero MotoCorp's Upcoming Lineup: 4 New Bikes Set to Launch in 2025
CalendarPublished on December 21, 2024 by BikeJunction
Over the next several months, Hero MotoCorp plans to launch four new bikes in the Indian market. At the EICMA 2024 last month in Italy, the domestic bike manufacturer debuted four new models. The Xpulse 210, Xtreme 250R, Karizma XMR 250, and the Mavrick 440 facelift.  4 Upcoming Hero Bikes in IndiaAs previously stated, all of these motorcycles are anticipated to make their Indian public debuts. This will take place during the Bharat Mobility Global Expo, which begins in New Delhi on January 17. Let's examine each of the four Hero motorcycles that will be available in India in 2025 in depth. Hero Mavrick  440At the EICMA 2024 in Milan, Hero MotoCorp unveiled the upgraded Mavrick 440. In January 2025, it is anticipated to debut at the Bharat Mobility Expo. Compared to the present model, the 2025 Mavrick 440 has a number of visual improvements. It has new paint options and USD front suspension in a golden tint, both of which are absent from the current model. Furthermore, a new TFT console that was taken from the Harley-Davidson X440 replaces the LCD instrument cluster of the current model. The entire kerb weight of the new bike has decreased by 2 kg, and it now weighs 189 kg. In terms of mechanics, the 2025 Hero Mavrick 440 will still be propelled by the same 440cc air-cooled petrol engine and 6-speed gearbox. Hero Xpulse 210To say that Hero's Xpulse 210 is the most anticipated motorcycle in India would appear to be an understatement. It is anticipated to take the place of the Xpulse 200. It has a 210cc single-cylinder liquid-cooled engine that can produce up to 24.6 bhp and 20.7 Nm of torque and mated to a 6-speed gearbox. The Hero Xpulse 210 has tubed tyres and spoke wheels that are 21 inches in front and 18 inches in back. Among the Xpulse 210's noteworthy features are dual-channel ABS, a 4.2-inch TFT instrument panel, all-LED lighting, and smartphone Bluetooth connectivity. A mono-shock unit at the back and telescopic forks at the front will handle the suspension tasks. In the first quarter of 2025, it will be available for purchase in India. Hero Xtreme 250RThe brand-new naked streetfighter “Hero Xtreme 250R” will be Hero's first motorbike in the 250cc class. Firstly, it is displayed at EICMA 2024. At the core of the bike is a brand-new 250cc single-cylinder liquid-cooled engine that can produce up to 30 bhp at 9,250 rpm and 25 Nm of torque at 7,250 rpm. The motorbike can go from 0 to 60 kmph in only 3.25 seconds due to its 6-speed gearbox and powerful engine. The Hero Xtreme 250R is built on a steel trellis frame and will include a number of features. Just like the dual-tone colour options, switchable ABS, disc brakes on both wheels and LED headlamps with DRL. In the Indian market, the KTM 250 Duke and the Husqvarna Vitpilen 250 will compete against the Xtreme 250R. Hero Karizma XMR 250Finally, last month at the EICMA 2024, the Hero Karizma XMR 250 made its premiere on a worldwide scale. When it debuts in India in the second half of 2025, the fully-faired bike will be a direct competitor of the Suzuki Gixxer 250. Along with a 6-speed transmission, it will use the same engine as the Xtreme 250R, which has the same power and torque numbers. The height-adjustable clip-on handlebar unit is the Karizma XMR 250's main attraction. Other noteworthy features include the integrated starting switch, dual-channel ABS, full-LED lighting, and TFT instrument dashboard. Before you go, check out the The All-New 2025 Kawasaki Ninja 1100SX Launched in IndiaFollow us for the Latest Bike Industry UpdatesFacebook - https://bit.ly/BikeJunction_offl_fbInstagram-  https://bit.ly/BikeJunction_ofl_instaTwitter - https://bit.ly/BikeJunction_ofl_twitter
