This resulted in a 4.15% increase in YoY growth. Moreover, a 27.39% growth in MoM sales is seen, as in December 2024, sales figures were 1,197,742 units.OEM-wise Market Share Data for January 2025 with YoY % 2-Wheeler OEMs Sales Figures & Market Share in January 2025 Hero MotoCorp LTD sold the most two-wheelers in January 2025, with 410,774 units. This is a 0.13% decrease from the 411,318 units they sold in January 2024. Moreover, their market share declined by 4.11%. Honda Motorcycle and Scooter India came in second, selling 372,982 units in January 2025. This is a 4.10% increase from the 358,278 units they sold in January 2024. However, their market share declined by 0.05%. TVS Motor Company Ltd. was third, selling 287,437 units in January 2025 compared to 255,175 units sold in January 2024. Their sales increased by 12.64%, but their market share increased by 8.15%. Bajaj Auto Ltd.'s sales declined by 2.04% to 173,754 units in January 2025, compared to 177,377 two-wheelers last year. Moreover, its market share dropped slightly to 5.95%. Suzuki Motorcycle India witnessed a 16.39% YoY growth, with 88,315 units sold in January 2025, compared to 75,876 in January 2024. Suzuki’s market share increased to 11.75%. Royal Enfield motorcycles experienced a 13.75% growth in sales, with 76,574 units sold in January 2025, down from 67,318 last year. Its market share increased to 9.22%. Yamaha India sold 58,110 units in January 2025, which is a 0.26% increase from 57,958 units in January 2024. However, their market share declined to 3.73%. In January 2025, Ola Electric reported total sales of 24,336, a decline of 24.94% compared to January 2024 sales of 32,424 units. Moreover, the company also experienced a degrowth of 27.94% in the market share. Ather Energy Pvt Ltd sold 12,906 units in January 2025. For comparison, the company registered sales of 9,380 units in January 2023, reporting an amazing rise of 37.59%. Moreover, on the market share front, the company also experienced an increase of 32.11% this month. Greaves Electric Mobility Pvt Ltd clocked in a total sales unit of 3,611 in January 2025, as compared to 2,358 units sold in January 2024. Due to this, the company saw a degrowth of 53.14% this month. Apart from this, the company experienced an increase in its market share by 68.56% for January 2025. Piaggio sold 2,769 units in January 2025, a 13.01% decrease from the 3,183 units sold in January 2024. The company’s market share also dropped slightly to 16.47%. Classic Legends, which offers retro-style motorcycles, sold 2,753 units in January 2025. This represents a 4.64% drop from the 2,887 units sold in January 2024. Their market share declined to 8.44%. PUR Energy Pvt Ltd sold 1,650 units in January 2025 as compared to 620 units last year. This marks a whopping 166.13% increase and a market share growth of  155.52%. The "Others Including EV" category showed a decline of 9.15% YoY, with sales of 9,891 units, compared to 10,887 in January 2024. Notable players in the electric two-wheeler segment, such as Ola Electric and Ather Energy, showed promising performance, contributing to the overall growth. Suzuki, Royal Enfield, and Yamaha also maintained steady growth. Additionally, the brand intends to introduce its next-generation models, which are already offered in certain areas. Compared to before, both bikes are now Rs. 1.10 lakh less expensive. The R3 is now available for Rs. 3.6 lakh, and the current price of the MT-03 is Rs. 3.5 lakh. Both bikes are now more appealing alternatives for purchasers as a result of these price reductions. 2025 Triumph Speed Twin 1200 launchedIn India, Triumph launched the standard and RS variants of the 2025 Speed Twin 1200. The motorbike is a more extreme adventure tourer, including longer suspension travel, a higher ground clearance, and a 21-17-inch tubeless spoke wheel combination. Additionally, the new 398cc single-cylinder engine produces greater torque and power than its predecessor. It is probably going to cost a little more than the current top-spec 390 Adventure SW model. TVS X deliveries beginTVS began delivering the X, its priciest and most upscale electric scooter. These two-wheelers revolutionised innovation with their innovative designs and smart features. It was more than simply a preview; it was an early look at the rides that will be available soon. Let’s have a look. TVS Jupiter CNGThe first CNG-powered scooter in the world, the TVS Jupiter CNG concept, was revealed at Auto Expo. It features a 2-litre fuel tank along with a 1.4-kg CNG tank under the seat for increased range. The scooter is said to have a combined real-world range of 226 km and a CNG-powered mileage of 84 km per kilogram. TVS Motor has not yet announced the scooter's launch date. BMW F 450 GSThe bigger BMW R 1300 GS serves as the stylistic model for the adventure touring concept bike, the BMW F 450 GS. It has a 450cc twin-cylinder engine that produces 48 PS and weighs 175 kg. Additionally, it offers a 6.5-inch TFT screen with smartphone connectivity, cornering ABS, traction control, and long-travel adjustable suspension at both ends. The production version is anticipated to be unveiled by BMW later in 2025. TVS RTS-XBased on the new RT-XD4 299cc engine and chassis structure, the TVS RTS-X concept is a supermoto bike that will eventually be the TVS RTX 300 adventure bike. Ampere EV did not disclose any information on the motorcycle's Auto Expo unveiling. TVS Vision iQubeThe TVS Vision iQube Concept is an electric scooter with a 3.4kWh battery that can go 150 km in the real world. Additionally, two detachable range boosters may increase that distance by an additional 40–50 km. A transparent heads-up display, floating buttons, a height-adjustable seat, a copper colour work, and comfortable 14-inch wheels are all aspects of the futuristic design.
