Yamaha XSR 155, the brand’s wildly successful neo-retro product, has been introduced in Indonesia for 2023. The new colours provide the motorcycle with a slight visual refreshment even though its mechanical components are unaltered.
The 2023 XSR155 comes in four new colours: Matte Silver Premium, Light Blue Wanderlust, Metallic Black Elegance, and Metallic Red Authentic. In addition, a fresh set of decals are applied to the blue and red colour schemes, although there is only a "Yamaha" logo on the fuel tank for the silver and black colour schemes. The black variant, in particular, sticks out since it has front forks that are upside down in gold rather than the other colours' black USDs.
The XSR155's general bodywork is unaltered, and it still has a round headlamp, an offset console, a fuel tank in the shape of a teardrop, a single-piece seat with a ribbed pattern, and a simple tail. An R15-derived 155cc liquid-cooled, VVA-equipped engine that produces 19 bhp and 14.7 Nm and is paired to a six-speed gearbox to power the motorcycle. The features also include:
Sadly, despite the Yamaha XSR155's enormous popularity on our soil, it is unlikely to ever arrive in India. However, Yamaha sells the R15 V4 and the MT 15 V2 in India for people who desire a contemporary-looking bike built on the same basis as the XSR.
