The Yamaha Ray ZR 125 Fi Hybrid for 2023 is a Hybrid scooter. This scooter combines the convenience of a petrol scooter with the efficiency of a hybrid powertrain. Yamaha has recently launched the updated Ray ZR alongside the Fascino 125 in India. Both scooters needed mechanical upgrades to comply with updated emission regulations.
Furthermore, Yamaha has made some minor aesthetic changes to both scooters. It's worth noting that Yamaha's entire 125cc scooter range now conforms to E20 fuel and OBD II standards. Yamaha aims to be prepared for the upcoming changes in emission standards. The company ensures that its products are compliant with OBD-II regulations, which are set to be implemented soon.
In India, Yamaha was one of the first two-wheeler manufacturers to adopt E20 compatibility and OBD-II compliance across its entire product line. Here are some of the most important features of the newly updated Yamaha Ray ZR 125 Fi Hybrid.

Despite utilising the same engine, this new model is now compatible with E-20 fuel and adheres to OBD-II regulations. Additionally, the scooter is equipped with an OBD-II sensor that enables it to monitor emissions in real-time.
