For the 2023 model year, Yamaha Motor India has upgraded its motorbike lineup, bringing a variety of upgrades to all of its mass-market bikes. Traction Control System (TCS) is now standard on all Yamaha motorcycles, and specific updates have also been released for models including the FZ-S, FZ-X, R15, and MT 15.
A new headlamp design for the 2023 FZS-Fi V4 Deluxe model has LED flashers in addition to TCS. In addition, the Bluetooth-enabled Y-Connect Application is now also used to power the FZS-Fi V4 Deluxe version. In contrast, the FZ-X now includes TCS as standard equipment along with LED flashers and a fresh colour scheme that consists of dark matte blue with golden colour rims.
Both the FZS-Fi V4 Deluxe and FZ-X models share the same 149 cc single-cylinder engine that generates 12.4 BHP of peak power at 7,250 rpm & 13.3 Nm of peak torque at 5,500 rpm. They are also both equipped with single-channel ABS with a rear disc brake, a tire-hugging rear mudguard, a multi-function LCD instrument cluster, an LED headlight, and a lower engine guard.
As of right now, E20 fuel is also compatible with the FZS-Fi V4 Deluxe and FZ-X models. According to the manufacturer, all of its motorcycle models will be E20 fuel compliant by the end of 2023. In addition, onboard diagnostics (OBD-II) systems are now standard equipment on all Yamaha motorcycles, and they may be used to track emissions in real time.
