TVS Apache RTX can be used for the upcoming 300cc bike trademarked by Sundaram Clayton Limited.
Sundaram Clayton Limited, a part of the TVS Group, trademarked the name "Apache RTX". TVS is currently working on a new 300cc naked motorcycle that could be called the Apache RTR 310.
If the Apache RTR 310 becomes a reality, it is expected to be a streetfighter version of TVS' existing Apache RR 310. The new motorcycle may feature more aggressive and youthful styling than its fully faired counterpart. LED illumination is also present, aligning with modern motorcycle lighting technology trends. The displacement is similar to BMWG310S and will be attached to a six-speed gear setup.
The new RTR 310 would indeed share the same 312cc, single-cylinder engine as the Apache RR 310, which produces 33.5 bhp of power and 27.3Nm of torque. However, the engine tune is expected to differ from its faired sibling. The power delivery and performance characteristics could be tailored specifically for the RTR 310's streetfighter nature.
The information about the TVS Apache RTR 310 and its potential use of the Apache RTX name are currently speculative. Until an official unveiling or announcement is made by TVS, these details should be treated as unofficial and subject to change.
