The TVS Ronin Bobber is a cool new version of the TVS Ronin bike. It was first shown as a concept at TVS MotoSoul 2023. While it's not available yet, it proves how customisable the standard Ronin is. People who like making their bikes unique will love this.
On the contrary, the LFC 700 cruiser is introduced by a Chinese company, Benda, at the Auto Expo. This bike has a big engine and a huge back tyre. Benda usually makes smaller bikes, but this is their first four-cylinder bike.
The LFC 700 is set to launch in May 2024 in India and is expected to compete with bikes like the Benelli 502 C and Kawasaki Eliminator. Moreover, its estimated price could be Rs. 8.00 Lakh, which would make it a bit pricier.
TVS Ronin Bobber and LFC 700 showcase distinct design choices that set them apart visually. Ronin Bobber's fuel tank and engine sport a stunning green chrome finish, giving it an old-world charm. This custom bike gets a single-seat design that focuses on its minimalist style. Moreover, the blacked-out chrome elements like the fenders and exhaust add to its aggressive stance. It has an adjustable lever and clutch for more convenient rides. Also, the pictures show that it has a USD suspension on the front end and a carbon finish work on its tyres.
On the other hand, the LFC 700 has a cruiser-style design with a low seat and upright handlebars like the Avenger bike. This bike comes with features such as large alloy wheels and a futuristic ram-air intake system, contributing to its bold and innovative appearance. Despite its large size, the LFC 700 is expected to be lightweight due to its cast aluminium chassis.
TVS Ronin Bobber is fitted with a 225.9 CC engine that delivers 15.01 kW (20.4 PS) @ 7750 rpm peak power and 19.93 Nm @ 3750 rpm torque. This bike provides an adrenaline-riding experience at a top speed of 120 Kmph. It comes with a fuel tank capacity of 14 litres and offers a mileage of 42 Kmpl. Additionally, it features two riding modes, including Urban and Rain, catering to different riding conditions. The Ronin Bobber takes 14.18 seconds to accelerate from 0-100kmph.
On the contrary, its rival Benda LFC 700 comes with a larger 676cc 4 cylinders in-line 16 valves liquid-cooled engine. It generates 63 Nm of torque @ 8000 rpm and 79 hp @ 10050 rpm. Moreover, its engine is mated with a 6-speed gearbox with automatic transmission. This bike runs at a top speed of 180 kmph which is more than its rival Bobber.
The Ronin Bobber sports a classic spherical LED headlamp. Meanwhile, the LFC 700 features a turbine-shaped LED headlamp and a full-colour TFT display. Additionally, the LFC 700 stands out with its under-belly exhaust design, featuring four square-shaped tailpipes.
