Topping the list is India's most affordable retro roadster Harley-Davidson model, the X440, priced between ₹ 2.40 - 2.79 Lakh (ex-showroom, India). The X440 is the first bike after Hero MotoCorp acquired Harley’s India plant. Built in India, the 440cc air-oil-cooled engine in this American roadster produces 27 bhp @ 6,000 rpm of power and 38 Nm @ 4,000 rpm of torque. Moreover, this retro roadsters bike comes with a six-speed gearbox. The X440 excels at highway speeds and is easily found in the city. Unlike a traditional Harley, it looks like the discontinued XR1200X, making it more of a roadster than a cruiser.

The Hunter 350 is Royal Enfield most affordable bike in India. This is one of the best budget retro bikes in India. The model is powered by the new J-Series 349.34CC engine producing 15 kW @ 6,100 rpm power and 27 Nm @ 4,000 rpm of torque, enabling it to reach a top speed of over 114 Km/h. Its ease and flexibility come from its 17-inch wheels, and the soft seats make city driving more enjoyable. However, the stiff overhanging rear can be uncomfortable on steep trails. Available in retro and metro variants, the Hunter 350 is priced at ₹ 1.50 - 1.75 Lakh (ex-showroom, India), making it the most affordable retro roadster in India.
The Triumph Speed 400 is a good retro-style roadster at an affordable price. Priced at ₹ 2.33 Lakh (ex-showroom, India), it offers iconic British branding and excellent build quality. Its 398.15 CC liquid-cooled single-cylinder engine produces 40 PS / 39.5 bhp (29.4 kW) @ 8,000 rpm power and 37.5 Nm @ 6,500 rpm of torque, making it easy to ride around town. Despite being approachable, the Speed 400 can reach a top speed of 170 km/h. This bike appeals to those looking for a fast, stylish, yet affordable retro roadster.
Classic Legends’ Jawa 350 reflects the philosophy of less is more. Compared to its 300cc predecessor, it has a less powerful 334cc liquid-cooled engine because the lower compression ratio makes it easier to ride the Jawa 350, which is easier to ride and offers a luxurious experience with cushioned seats despite the firm backrest. Jawa’s timeless design, combined with advanced engine performance and optimisation, makes it a compelling choice. The Jawa 350 is priced at ₹ 2.46 Lakh (ex-showroom, India).
