Okinawa Autotech is one of the leading electric 2-wheeler manufacturers in India. The company has recorded a major sales milestone by rolling out its 250,000th unit of Praise Pro. It has taken over 8 years since the company started its operations to reach this milestone.
Okinawa Autotech is officially the first and only electric vehicle manufacturer to achieve this milestone. And by recording these sales figures, it estimated a saving of roughly Rs 12.5 billion in terms of fuel expenses and emissions reduced by 300.3 million kgs. The company has set its target of 10 lakh units by 2025 and is planning a range of new products for the Indian market.
Okinawa Praise Pro is their highest-seller EV, with a price starting at Rs 99,465. It comes with a 1 kW BLDC motor and a 2 kWh removable lithium-ion battery pack that belts out 2.5 kW.
