Kawasaki Launched KX65 and KX112 Models In India

Kawasaki has updated its portfolio by launching its KX series of models. The Japanese manufacturer will be coming out with its KX65 and KX112 models. The two motorcycles are designed specifically for track. 

Features of KX65 and KX 112

These motorcycles prioritize performance and agility on the track lacking certain features such as headlights, taillights, turn indicators, and rear-view mirrors. However, despite not having these features, both motorcycles have certain styling elements that enhance their appearance and performance. 

They feature a tall-set front fender, which helps with aerodynamics and protects the front suspension. The upswept tail panel adds to the overall sporty design and may improve airflow. 

The body panels are minimalistic, reducing weight and providing a sleek look. The wire-spoke wheels with tube-type tires are commonly made for off-road or motocross bikes. Additionally, both motorcycles are available in a single paint theme, with Lime Green as a signature color. The KX65 is designed for young riders and features a low seat height of 29.9 inches. 

Mechanical Specifications of Kawasaki KX65 and KX112

The mechanical specifications on both motorcycles comprise two-stroke engines. A 64cc, single-cylinder, liquid-cooled motor powers the KX65. Meanwhile, the KX112 uses a 112cc, single-cylinder, liquid-cool engine. The hardware on the KX65 comprises telescopic front forks, rear mono-shock, and disc brakes on both wheels. However, the KX112 uses upside-down telescopic front forks, rear mono-shock, and disc brakes on both ends.

Price and Other Launches of Kawasaki

The KX65 is available for Rs. 3.12 lakhs—whereas, the KX112 is available for Rs. 4,87,800 Ex-Showroom India. The company also made the announcement to launch the KLX 230R S in our market along with the KX65 and KX112.
