Auto Expo 2023: Joy E-Bike Reveals its Mihos EV for Rs 1.49 Lakh

WardWizard, a manufacturer of electric two-wheelers under the name “Joy e-bike,” has introduced the new-generation Mihos EV at the cost of Rs 1.49 lakh at the 2023 Auto Expo (ex-showroom, India).

This will be an extremely robust Poly Dicyclopentadiene (PDCPD) material high-speed electric scooter. The electric scooter’s 2.5 kWh capacity is powered by a 74V40Ah Li-Ion battery using Nickel Manganese Cobalt chemistry. The EV has a range of up to 100 kilometres and can reach 40 kilometres per hour in less than 7 seconds on a single charge. The bike has a twin-disc brake with an electrical braking system that helps the domestic EV maker stop the vehicle in the shortest period of time.

The EV seat looks higher and longer, with a height of 750mm and a longer wheelbase of 1,360mm. The electric scooter is 1,864mm in length, 700mm in width, and 1,178mm in height. It had mono-reversible spring suspension at the back and telescopic suspension up front.

The Joy E-connect app, reverse mode, antitheft, and many more features are included with the EV for improved usability and safety. Additionally, it has features like a side stand sensor and a hydraulic combi-braking system (CBS). The electric scooter is available in a variety of hues, including glossy yellow, pearl white, glossy black, and metallic blue. Additionally, it may accommodate up to two riders at once. All 600+ of the company’s authorised dealerships will now accept reservations for the electric scooter as of today (Jan. 12).
