The side fairings have a distinctive ‘Kawasaki’ logo, and engine guards emerge from the sunken area. In addition, the fuel tank is marked '40th Ninja Anniversary', the bumper is tinted, and the alloy wheels are finished in stunning green. These designs draw inspiration from the Kawasaki ZXR750 race bike of the 1980s.
The technical specifications of the Ninja ZX-25RR special edition are similar to those of the standard model. It is powered by a 249.8cc inline four-cylinder engine, producing 50bhp at 15,500rpm and 22.9Nm of torque at 14,500rpm. Standard features include a quick shifter, traction control, power modes and ABS. Additionally, it comes with an LED lighting system and a TFT screen with Bluetooth. The suspension system is also adjustable.
In Indonesia, the Kawasaki Ninja ZX-25RR 40th Anniversary edition costs 138,000,000 RP (7.45 lakh rupees), which is more expensive than the regular RR, which costs 133,500,000 RP (7.21 lakh rupees).
