CFMoto is preparing to launch the 750SS, an all-new sportbike. A type-approval document from China recently surfaced showing the image of the motorcycle, and it has shared some exciting details about this bike. The 750SS will be positioned just above the 675SS in the CFMoto line-up.
The exact launch date for CFMoto 750SS has yet to be unveiled, but it is said to be in China early next year. After that, under some other name, this may hit the international market. Unfortunately, there isn't any confirmation if it will ever reach India or not. Let’s know more about this upcoming bike.
The CFMoto 750 SS has a striking angular form with large aerodynamic winglets. Its sharpness is complemented by a single-sided swingarm and slim bodywork. In addition, the bike is advanced in terms of components, including USD forks and Brembo brake callipers. The callipers possess cooling ducts for maximum performance.
The bike also includes a quick shifter with a load sensor and a Continental MK 100 ABS system. This system suggests it might offer features like traction control and rear-wheel lift control. These additions enhance safety and control during high-speed rides.
It is expected to feature a 749cc inline-four engine with the code name ‘472MV’. The engine’s configuration indicates four cylinders with a bore size of 72mm. Interestingly, it shares this bore size with the 675SS triple-cylinder bike. The leaked document suggests the engine will produce 110bhp. However, this is likely to increase when the bike goes into production.
The 750SS is built for speed and agility. It has a claimed top speed of 230kmph and a kerb weight of 213kg. Furthermore, the wheelbase measures 1419.8mm, ensuring stability at high speeds. The bike rides on 120/70-17 front and 180/55-17 rear tyres, providing excellent grip.
