Yamaha has launched the new Aerox 155 S variant in India. It features a keyless ignition, boosting safety and convenience for riders. The 2024 Yamaha Aerox 155 S price in India starts from Rs. 1,50,600 Lakh (ex-showroom). It is available exclusively at Blue Square showrooms and comes in two colour options, including Silver and Racing Blue.
Due to the new features, the Yamaha Aerox 155 S price is Rs. 1500 higher than the standard model and Rs. 3,000 more than the MotoGP trims. This price increase fits with their campaign, 'The Call of the Blue,' showing that they care about customers and tech progress.
Yamaha Aerox 155 Version S has a special feature called Answer Back, which helps riders find their scooter easily in busy city areas. It activates blinking lights and a buzzer sound. Its keyless ignition also makes it simple to start the scooter. You can start it just by being close to it, turning a knob on the key, and pressing a button. Additionally, this smart key increases security by preventing theft by turning off the scooter when it is far from the key.
Other than that, the scooter is stylish and features a bold X Centre motif. The 2024 Yamaha Aerox 155 S is equipped with a potent 155cc Blue Core engine with Variable Valve Actuation (VVA) and Traction Control System (TCS). This was designed with the intention of combining excellent design and racing technology.
The updated Yamaha Aerox 155 S has a powerful liquid-cooled, 4-stroke engine. Its engine generates 15 bhp @ 8,000 rpm and 13.9 Nm of torque @ 6,500 rpm. This scooter is fuel-compliant with E20 and features an onboard diagnostics system and a hazard system as standard.
The 2024 Aerox 155 S features a ground clearance of 145mm and a fuel tank capacity of 5.5 litres. It's designed for comfort and performance and measures 1,980 mm in length, 700 mm in width, and 1,150 mm in height. Its wheelbase of 1350mm provides stability and manoeuvrability.
