Bajaj Auto recently launched an updated version of the Pulsar N250 motorcycle in India. However, its semi-faired counterpart, the Pulsar F250, has yet to receive these updates.
Bajaj Bikes gave the N250's debut top priority, as they feel it will appeal to more people in the naked streetfighter market. However, they guarantee that the F250 will soon get all of the features and enhancements seen in the N250.
Soon, the Bajaj Pulsar F250 will be available in India, bringing with it a host of features and specifications sure to draw in fans. The 2024 Bajaj Pulsar F250 Specifications are as follows:
Bajaj Pulsar F250 comes with a single-cylinder engine that runs on four strokes. It's cooled with oil and has fuel injection (FI) for efficient performance. With a displacement of 249.07 cc, it can produce a maximum power of 18 kW (24.5 PS) at 8750 rpm and a peak torque of 21.5 Nm at 6500 rpm. The transmission is a constant mesh 5-speed setup, ensuring smooth gear changes.
The Bajaj Pulsar F250 has telescopic forks with a 37 mm diameter for the front suspension and a monoshock with Nitrox for the rear suspension. Its brakes are provided by a 300 mm disc up front and a 230 mm disc down the back, both having Single Channel ABS.
Moreover, the Bajaj Pulsar F250 comes equipped with tubeless tyres, with the front tyres sized at 100/80-17 and the rear tyres at 130/70-17. Up to 14 litres of fuel can be stored in its fuel tank. The console's electrical features include a fuel efficiency indicator, range indicator, gear indicator, and clock.
The headlamp is a bi-functional LED projector with a position lamp. In terms of dimensions, the wheelbase measures 1351 mm, the seat height for the rider is 795 mm, and the bike offers a ground clearance of 165 mm. Moreover, it weighs 164 kg.
Pulsar F250, a street bike, offers a thrilling ride at a starting price of Rs. 1,63,884. Available in three vibrant colour options—Techno Grey, Racing Red, and Caribbean Blue—it stands out on the road.
A wide range of the latest features are to be expected, such as three ABS modes—Rain, Road, and Off-road—a traction control system, and a fully digital instrument cluster with Bluetooth connectivity. By adjusting the ABS intervention levels, these modes provide the best possible safety under various circumstances. Notably, there is no mode in which the ABS can be deactivated.
Excitingly, the bike boasts a top speed of 130 Kmph (internally tested) and features a smooth 6-speed constant mesh transmission, offering seamless gear shifts for an exhilarating riding experience.
The 2024 Bajaj Pulsar F250 doesn't have a direct rival, but it will compete with bikes like the Suzuki Gixxer SF 250. In terms of pricing, it's anticipated to be slightly more expensive than the Pulsar N250 by a few thousand rupees.
