Triumph Motorcycles is launching its latest range of bikes in India on March 15, 2023. The company will be introducing 2 new models- Triumph Street Triple 765 R & Street Triple RS. India will be getting 2 variants of Triumph’s 2023 Street Triple 765 range. However, unlike the global market, the limited-edition Moto2 variant will not be introduced to the Indian market.
The new range will be getting a much sharper and more aggressive styling along with Triumph’s trademark bug-eyes LED headlight unit on the front of the bikes. It will further come with a new fuel tank boasting a 15-litre capacity with integrated side panels with angular designs. Moreover, the design will come with a unique colour combination of belly pans for its RS models.
The Triumph Street Triple R will be offered in 2 new body colour combinations. The first colour option is Silver with Grey and Yellow shaded graphics. And the second colour variant is Silver with White and Grey and Red graphics.
The Triumph Street RS, on the other hand, gets 3 new colour options - Siler with Orange & Grey graphics, Red with Black & Silver Graphics and Silver or Yellow with Black & Aluminium graphics.
The Street Triple rocks the “765”, with its name representing the 765 CC engine that now boasts higher torque power and claims better responses across the board. The new engine belts out 128 BHP power (6 bhp higher than before) at 12,000 RPM and a peak torque of 80 NM at 9,500 RPM. Triumph Motorcycles claims that its new Street Triple 765 range generates more power and spread of torque across the other mid-range bikes.
The drivetrain is mated to a 6-speed gearbox along with a bi-directional quick-shifter. In addition to this, the bike comes with a new free-flowing exhaust with the brand’s trademark sound.
