2022 Ducati Multistrada V4 Rally Breaks Cover: What to Expect?

The most capable Adventure-tourer model to date has been unveiled by the Italian premium manufacturer in the most recent Ducati World Premiere episode. In addition, the 2023 Ducati Multistrada V4 Rally has been officially and globally unveiled by Ducati worldwide.

The Multistrada V4 Rally, a variant of Ducati India’s Multistrada V4 sports adventure tourer that is more focused on touring, has been presented internationally. The bigger 30-litre gasoline tank and other adjustments that improve rider and pillion comfort make this model more suitable for extended trips.

2023 Ducati Multistrada V4 Rally – Features , Highlights & Colours

The Multistrada V4 Rally is a Tourer model, first and foremost, comparable to the basic model but with extremely practical and beneficial improvements made to make it more capable when the tarmac finishes and the rugged terrain begins.

It's a tall order to fully explain every new machine Ducati has released recently. However, they are one of the manufacturers with the most cutting-edge mechanical and technical capabilities, and they pack their models to the gills with amazing mechanical and technological characteristics.

Listed below are some of the new additions to the Multistrada V4 Rally

  • The V4 Rally is powered by the 1158 cc Granturismo V4 engine generating 170 HP.
  • Ducati has modified the powerhouse with a new and updated cylinder deactivation technology, which further increases the motor's fuel efficiency by entirely turning off 2 cylinders during moments of low load.
  • The famed SkyHook suspension system on the 2017 Multistrada V4 Rally has gained 7.9 inches (200 mm) of suspension travel, significantly boosting the bike's ground clearance and making it more wilderness-friendly.
  • To make riding off-road more capable and trouble-free, spoked rims and strengthened underbelly protection have also been added.
  • The additional fuel capacity is the rally model's most notable enhancement made by Ducati. The new ADV can now carry 29 L of fuel, which is comparable to what DesertX can with its auxiliary tank.
  • Ducati has introduced Minimum Preload technology, which lowers the bike's suspension to better accommodate riders of shorter stature, by stealing the technology from the H-D Pan America.
  • The new Multistrada V4 Rally has an extended tail section to provide additional room and comfort for the passenger during lengthy highway drives, keeping the pillion in mind.

Finally, two colours are available for the new Ducati Multistrada V4 Rally: Ducati Red and Brushed Aluminum with Matte Black, which is only available for the Rally model.

Very soon, the motorcycle will be available at dealerships abroad. However, it will likely be introduced in the second half of 2023 in India.
