The debut of the 2024 model of Apache RR 310 makes it an apt time to pit these two bikes against each other.   Key Features of TVS Apache RR 310 vs KTM RC 390:  The TVS Apache RR 310 has a sharp design, an engine output of 34PS, more riding modes, and more advanced features. These include Bluetooth connectivity and the option for Dynamic packages. The KTM RC 390 has a 32 KW motor and cornering ABS with a sportier design.   Design: TVS Apache RR 310 vs KTM RC 390 If we talk about aesthetics, both bikes have aggressive looks, much like a supersport bike. The TVS Apache RR 310 has sharper lines that give the bike an angular and aggressive design. This bike's engine churns out 32 kW @ 9,000 rpm and 37 Nm of torque @ 7000 rpm, which gives it better performance than the Apache RR 310. Besides, this motorcycle features a standard slip and assist clutch and quick-shifter. So, the KTM RC 390 is a great all-around package for riders seeking a thrilling experience on the track or road.   Suspension, Brakes, and Details: TVS Apache RR 310 vs KTM RC 390Apache RR 310 suspension set-up sports an upside-down fork at the front and a mono-shock at the rear, which is symptomatic of its sportslike nature. The braking system consists of a 300mm front disc and 240mm rear unit with petal units and dual-channel ABS for added safety measures. The bike features a 110-section front and 150-section rear Michelin Road 5 tyre setup, with 17-inch wheels at both ends.    Apache RR 310 Dimension is quite decent, with a wheelbase of 1365 mm, seat height of 180 mm, and ground clearance of 180 mm. Its kerb weight is 174kg, and the bike has a decent fuel tank capacity of 11 litres, suitable for both daily rides and touring.   In comparison, the KTM RC 390 has a more advanced suspension setup, with a 43mm inverted fork and WP Apex units for the rear monoshock. For braking, it has a larger 320mm front disc brake with a radially mounted calliper and a 230mm rear disc brake with a floating calliper. Like the Apache, it has 17-inch wheels with 110-section front and 150-section rear tyres.   The RC 390 is available in varied colours. Its specifications include a wheelbase of 1530 mm, a seat height of 835mm, and a kerb weight of 172 kg. The 13-litre larger fuel tank, however, gives it sufficient mileage for long rides.   Features: TVS Apache RR 310 vs KTM RC 390Apache RR 310's feature list is quite impressive. It offers a 5-inch TFT instrument console, Bluetooth connectivity, and turn-by-turn navigation. The motorcycle also boasts all-LED lighting and comes with four riding modes: Sport, Track, Urban, and Rain. It is designed to give riders' experiences a contemporary touch, matched by personalising them on the go with conditions.   Two optional packages in RR 310 offer advanced features. The Dynamic kit, priced at Rs 18,000 more than the base model, adds fully adjustable front and rear suspension, a tyre pressure monitoring system (TPMS), and a brass-coated chain. The Dynamic Pro kit, priced at Rs 16,000, adds a 6-axis IMU system with cornering traction control, cruise control, cornering ABS, wheelie control, slope-dependent control, and rear lift-off control.   On the other hand, the KTM RC 390 features a TFT instrument console with Bluetooth connectivity; however, it does not support turn-by-turn navigation. This motorcycle, however, offers all-LED lighting cornering ABS and traction control, which will make it a strong contender for performance enthusiasts.   Price: TVS Apache RR 310 vs KTM RC 390TVS Apache RR 310 and TVS Apache RR 310 standard begin at ₹ 2.72 Lakh (ex-showroom).
