Kawasaki Ninja 1100SX Set to Launch Soon in India: Know What’s New?
CalendarPublished on December 11, 2024 by BikeJunction
According to several reports, Kawasaki plans to launch the upgraded Ninja 1100 SX in India in the upcoming months. The Ninja 1000sx was discontinued in February 2024 and will be replaced by this sports tourer. With the launch of the new version, Kawasaki to sell the motorcycle in India as well. How Much Will It Cost?Comparing the new Ninja 1100SX to the previous model, the price rise is probably going to be between Rs 75,000 and Rs 1 lakh. The previous model of the bike—which was last priced at Rs 12.19 lakh (ex-showroom, India)—is no longer available. At this time, Kawasaki only intends to release a standard Ninja 1100SX model. It appears that the company's current launch plans do not comprise the higher-spec SE edition. The top-end model has features like an Ohlins rear suspension and Brembo M4.32 front brakes. Engine & PowerInstead of using the present 1,043cc engine, the brand will employ a powerful 1,099cc engine. With this, it can produce 113 Nm at 7,600 rpm and 134 horsepower at 9,000 rpm. When it comes to transmission, the model will be coupled with a six-speed gearbox setup. Additionally, it will be equipped with longer gears, making it the best in its class. The bi-directional quick-shifter will be used to handle this. FeaturesThere is a broad list of popular features that the 1100SX will offer. Among other features, the list contains ABS, power modes, traction control, cornering management, electronic cruise control, and a USB-C connector. Additionally, there is a TFT display that may be connected via Bluetooth. Difference Between Ninja 1100SX and 1000SXThe upcoming Ninja 1100SX, in case you were unaware, was officially unveiled in October of this year.
