Latest Hero Xpulse 200T 4V Updates

Hero XPulse 200T 4V’s 5000 Km Long Term Review: Features, Specs & More
Hero XPulse 200T 4V’s 5000 Km Long Term Review: Features, Specs & More
CalendarPublished on March 4, 2024 by BikeJunction
The Hero Xpulse 200T 4V is one of Hero MotoCorp's latest bikes, which was launched in October 2022. It is inspired by the Xpulse 200 and is good for roads and light off-road adventures.  Hero designed it as a great choice for a smaller adventure touring bike. The Xpulse 200T 4V has become quite popular due to its versatile performance and cool features. It has a stylish neo-retro design with capable performance at an accessible price point of Rs. 1,37,751 in India.Hero XPulse 200T 4V: Design & Aesthetics The Xpulse 200T bike has a cool "neo-retro" design that combines old-school with modern styles. It has a round LED headlight with DRLs for a modern look. The curvy fuel tank and raised back end give it a classic adventure bike vibe. The bike looks strong and tough with its bold graphics. However, it doesn't really catch people's eyes or look special on the road. It kind of just looks like other regular commuter bikes. But its small size makes it ideal to move around and handle city traffic. Moreover, this bike weighs 153 kg, making it ideal for accelerating, climbing hills, and having an easy handle.Hero XPulse 200T 4V: Engine PerformanceThis bike is equipped with a 199.6 cc oil-cooled 4-valve engine that delivers 18.9 bhp @ 8,500 rpm and 17.3 Nm @ 6,500 rpm of torque. Moreover, its engine is coupled with a 5-speed gearbox that ensures smoother acceleration. This Hero bike has a fuel tank capacity of 13 litres and offers a mileage of 43 kmpl. Hero aimed for instant acceleration in this bike, but it resulted in abrupt power delivery and uneven shifts when throttling on and off. Moreover, this bike gives an uncomfortable experience due to the constant lurching at slow speeds in traffic. The power band between 3000 and 6000 rpm feels too narrow. Below or above this range, the bike feels sluggish and lacks enthusiasm. Such a limited power band is not ideal for a bike positioned as a commuter, where versatility and ease of use are paramount. The XPulse 200T 4V didn't do well in terms of fuel efficiency, only managing to average about 30.5 kmpl in real-world conditions. This is not great when compared to bikes like the KTM 390 Duke, which can do over 25 kmpl in city conditions. Hero XPulse 200T 4V: HardwareHero Xpulse 200T bike comes with telescopic forks at the front and a seven-step adjustable mono-shock suspension at the rear end. It also has disc brakes on both wheels, with a design that looks like a flower petal. For safety, it has single-channel ABS. The bike has 17-inch alloy wheels with tubeless tyres, which are good for riding on regular roads.Hero XPulse 200T 4V: Features & Rivals This bike features a digital meter console with Bluetooth connectivity for call alerts and a turn-by-turn navigation function. Also, it gets a USB charging port and a side stand sensor. This feature enhances riders' convenience. It comes in three different colour schemes, including Black Sports Red, Funk Lime Yellow, and Matt Shield Gold. Hero XPulse 200T bike gives direct competition to bikes such as Bajaj Pulsar NS200 (Rs. 1,49,363) and TVS Apache RTR 200 4V (Rs. 1,46,820). Therefore, for riders considering an upgrade to a sporty 200cc bike, there may be better choices than the Hero Xpulse 200T 4V, given the competition's superior offerings. Before you go, don’t forget to check out the upcoming 650 cc bikes of Royal Enfield in India. Follow us for the Latest Bike Industry UpdatesFacebook - https://bit.ly/BikeJunction_offl_fb                 Instagram -  https://bit.ly/BikeJunction_ofl_insta                 Twitter - https://bit.ly/BikeJunction_ofl_twitter

It’s where manufacturers showcase their latest models, innovations, and concepts to the global biking community”.  Upgrades and launches this weekEICMA 2024 saw significant motorcycle unveilings, including the Royal Enfield Bear 650, KTM 390 Adventure R, and Aprilia Tuono 457. Hero Motocorp unveiled its new Karizma XMR 250 and Xtreme 250R, while Royal Enfield unveiled its first electric bike, the Flying Flea C6, with a launch slated for 2026. However, showstoppers at Hero's stand were the unveiling of design sketches of the Xpulse 421 concept. Royal Enfield Flying Flea C6 electric bikeRoyal Enfield has launched its first-ever production electric motorcycle, known as the Flying Flea C6, at EICMA. The bike has an aluminium frame coupled with a magnesium battery casing that is light in weight and provides great performance. The Flying Flea C6 is powered by a modern, contemporary safety feature such as traction control and cornering ABS. The Tuono does away with the fairing and boasts a new headlamp design. Further, it features a tubular single-piece handlebar for better comfort in the saddle, similar to the RS 457. Like the RS 457, the Tuono will be manufactured locally; chances are that its prices will be lower than those of their sportbike models. Royal Enfield Bear 650 launchedRoyal Enfield launched the scrambler version of the Interceptor 650, called the Bear 650. Though sharing the same platform with the INT, it features some important updates in the chassis, wheels, suspension, dimensions, and design in general. Alongside this, Royal Enfield rolled out the Classic 650; the official prices of the bike have yet to be announced. New KTM 390 motorcyclesKTM revealed its much-awaited, adventure-focused 390 models. The 390 Enduro R and 390 SMC R also made their public debut, though they are less likely to be launched in India during the initial phase. Before you go, have a look at the Oben Electric Launches the Rorr EZ Electric Bike in India at Rs 89,999Follow us for the Latest Bike Industry UpdatesFacebook - https://bit.ly/BikeJunction_offl_fb   Instagram-  https://bit.ly/BikeJunction_ofl_insta   Twitter - https://bit.ly/BikeJunction_ofl_twitter

CalendarPublished on November 11, 2024 by BikeJunction
Hero MotoCorp has revealed the updated Karizma XMR 210 at the 2024 EICMA show. The company did not hold an event but quietly displayed the bike. This updated model has two key upgrades, including the suspension and the instrument cluster. This update is expected to increase the price by about Rs. 5,000. So, the new ex-showroom price may be around Rs. 1.85 lakh. Let’s know more about what is updated in this Hero bike.  New Suspension and Stylish Grey PaintHero has made some upgrades to the front suspension of this bike, turning it into upside-down (USD) front forks. Hence, this bike has a really good, premium, lookable, and sporty metallic gold paint job on the forks. Its advanced suspension would ensure the bike rides much more smoothly and very well through the roughest roads and the sharpest corners for taking great turns. Additionally, the bike has a fresh, matte grey colour scheme with contrasting yellow accents. This updated colour gives the Karizma XMR 210 a modern and eye-catching look, sure to appeal to younger riders. The bike’s weight has also gone up by about two kilos due to these new upgrades, with the updated model now weighing approximately 165.5 kg. Upgraded Instrument Cluster & Other Specifications Another big change is the new full-colour TFT screen. This display is the same as on Hero’s Xpulse 210 model. The current Karizma has a simpler LCD screen, which shows basic information. The new colour display will make the bike look more modern and stylish. The Karizma XMR 210's engine remains the same, with a 210cc liquid-cooled motor that generates 25 bhp and 20 Nm of torque. Furthermore, it has a six-speed gearbox for smoother acceleration. Hero is expected to launch this updated Karizma XMR by late next year, likely around the festive season. Before you go, don’t forget to check out the top 5 updates from EICMA 2024 Day 3.Follow us for the Latest Bike Industry UpdatesFacebook - https://bit.ly/BikeJunction_offl_fb   Instagram-  https://bit.ly/BikeJunction_ofl_insta   Twitter - https://bit.ly/BikeJunction_ofl_twitter
