Ultraviolette has introduced new battery warranty options for its flagship F77 electric motorcycle. These packages offer extended coverage for the ultraviolette battery and drivetrain. The three options are UV Care, UV Care+, and UV Care Max. With UV Care, owners get a warranty of 60,000km, while UV Care+ offers coverage up to 1 lakh Km. The UV Care Max package stands out, providing a remarkable 8 lakh km or eight-year warranty. This is a significant increase from the previous warranty figures. However, it's unclear if existing F77 bike owners can purchase these new warranty packages. Ultraviolette hasn't disclosed the pricing details for these warranty options. This move by Ultraviolette sets a new standard in the industry, offering extensive warranty coverage for electric motorcycles. One of their F77 test bikes travelled 100,000 km while maintaining over 95% battery capacity. ARAI testing revealed the F77's impressive 304 km range on a single charge.
