On 14 January, Saturday, RattanIndia Enterprises Limited announced that it had successfully completed the acquisition of a 100% stake in Revolt Motors, a manufacturer of EV & future mobility. RattanIndia, which is listed on the NSE and BSE, will own all of Revolt Motors.
