Iconic Bajaj Chetak Revs Up for Second E-Scooter

The legendary Bajaj Chetak is gearing up for an electric scooter. This model is called the premium variant. The new Chetak e-scooter was recently spotted undergoing testing.
 

The given pictures describe that the prototype sported a familiar profile of the current Chetak EV. Moreover, it showcases that this model will be equipped with a TFT instrument cluster, Bluetooth connectivity, turn-by-turn navigation system and tyre pressure monitoring. This 2024 Chetak e-scooter allows you to access calls and text through the instrument clusters. 
 

Here are some of the specifications of the Chetak E-Scooter 

• This model is equipped with a bigger 3.2 kW battery pack
• The Chetak e-scooter is likely to offer a range of 127 km per charge. 
• The overall charging time will be increased due to the bigger battery.
   

This improved range could significantly maintain Chetak's appeal in the budget-friendly Indian electric two-wheeler market. Moreover, it will compete with Ather 450X and Ola S1 Pro in terms of performance. The price range of Chetak e-scooter will likely be around Rs. 1.25 Lakh in India. 
 

The official launch date and detailed specifications of the new Chetak variant are yet to be revealed. However, the iconic scooter is ready to run on Indian roads once again.
