The Hero Vida V1 EV offers good performance and easy handling. Moreover, its cool and user-friendly features make it a highly anticipated addition to the market.
Here are the top highlights of the Hero Vida Electric scooter.
The Vida V1 electric scooter is packed with features and offers good performance. Below are some of the Hero Vida scooter features that you need to know:
Riding Modes: Both Variants of Vida V1 features 3 main riding modes: Eco, Ride, and Sport. However, it also offers an additional mode that you can customise completely. In this mode, you can adjust regeneration, top speed, and acceleration levels.
Spilt Seat: Hero Vida V1 has two removable battery packs with a 26-litre storage area under the seat. You can extend the storage space for more items by removing the back panel. Additionally, the design looks sportier with the cover off.
Bigger TFT Display: Hero Vida V1's instrument console is a 7-inch touchscreen with a Bluetooth connection. There's also a convenient Gameboy-style controller on the left side to switch between menus. You'll find a two-way throttle for reverse mode and quick bursts of power for smooth overtaking.
Cool Design: The Vida electric scooter looks great. It has a bold LED headlight at the front and a modular rear seat, which is both cool and practical.
Hero Vida V1 Plus features a 3.44 kWh lithium-ion battery and a motor power of 6000 W. It can cover a range of 100 km on a single charge and reaches a maximum speed of 80 kmph. The Hero Vida V1 Plus electric scooter offers three riding modes: Eco, Ride, and Sport, catering to preferences and requirements. It takes 5.15 hours for a complete charge, but there is also an option for quick charging in just 2 hours.
Its other model, the Vida V1 Pro features a 3.94 kWh battery, riding modes like the V1 Plus, and an additional custom mode for personalised settings. However, it requires a charging time of 8 hours while maintaining a fast charging time of 2 hours.
Both scooters are equipped with two swappable batteries that offer convenience and portability. With their motors and reliable batteries, they are ideal for commuting and daily use.
Hero Vida V1 Pro and V1 Plus scooters have telescopic forks at the front and a monoshock absorber at the rear. The V1 Pro is fitted with an IBS system, while the V1 Plus accompanies a CBS braking system. Moreover, both scooters guarantee safety by conveying braking force between the front and back tyres.
Furthermore, both models also have front disc brakes and back drum brakes. The tyres are tubeless, offering comfort. The V1 Pro weighs 125 kg, and the V1 Plus weighs 124 kg, so they're light and simple to manage.
With a wheelbase of 1301 mm, ground clearance of 155 mm, and seat height of 780 mm, both scooters provide an excellent combination of stability. These measurements guarantee a relaxed riding position and ample space for manoeuvring.
Hero MotoCorp partnered with Bharat Petroleum (BPCL) to prepare the charging setup before launching the Vida V1. With removable batteries, the Vida V1 can be charged conventionally, at home, or quickly using a fast charger. It's also set to join the battery-swapping trend without much reengineering.
