5 Best-Selling Bikes in May 2024: Check Out the Updates

Society of Indian Automotive Manufacturers (SIAM) has rolled out the May 2024 two-wheeler sales in India. As always, Hero Splendor Plus is the best-selling bike in India. Moreover, the 125cc segment bikes are also gaining popularity among customers. Below are the sales figures of the top 5 highest-selling bikes in May 2024: 

5. TVS Raider 125: 37,249 Units  

 

In May 2024, the TVS Raider 125 became the fifth best-selling bike in India. It is known for its excellent performance and great handling. The Raider 125 price starts from Rs. 95,219 and goes up to Rs. 1.03 Lakh. Its SX variant features a five-inch TFT instrument console with Bluetooth connectivity. This digital console offers interesting features like music control, voice assistance, and even auto navigation to the nearest petrol pump. 

Apart from this, it comes in 11 colour options, including two cool colours: Black Panther and Iron Man. This bike's combination of sporty design, advanced features, and reliable performance makes it a top choice for many riders in India.   
 

4. Bajaj Pulsar 125: 74,072 Units 

Next on the list is the Bajaj Pulsar 125, which is also one of the best-selling 125cc bikes in India. It is priced between Rs. 82,712 and Rs. 94,594. The Pulsar 125 recently got an update with a new LCD instrument console. 

This console comes with Bluetooth connectivity that allows for call and SMS alerts and shows phone battery and signal indicators. This makes it an ideal bike under 1 Lakh. The Bajaj Pulsar 125 also looks quite sporty, which is reasonable at this price point. However, If you want a sportier bike, you can choose the Pulsar NS125.   
 

3. Hero HF Deluxe: 87,143 Units 

 

Hero HF Deluxe has nice graphics on the headlight, fuel tank, and side and rear panels. The engine was updated last year to be more eco-friendly. It has a 97.2cc engine that delivers 8.05 Nm of torque. It also got new colors that made it look better. The HF Deluxe is now the second most affordable bike in India from Hero MotoCorp. It is available in a price range of Rs. 59,998 and Rs. 68,768 in India.   
 

2. Honda Shine: 1,26,907 Units 

As a 125cc commuter bike, the Honda Shine 125 is priced competitively. It is available in the price range of Rs. 79,800 and Rs. 83,800. The bike has a twin-pod analogue instrument console.

The Shine 125 has a simple design but comes with bright graphics and five colour options to make it look better. It also has a silent starter, a side stand indicator with an engine cut-off, and an engine kill switch. Its upright and comfortable design makes it easy to ride every day.  
 

1. Hero Splendor Plus: 2,76,777 Units 

Hero Splendor is the highest-selling bike in the Indian two-wheeler market. It is known for its reliability and classic design, which has stayed mostly the same for years. Recently, the company has launched the Splendor Plus Xtec 2.0 at Rs. 82,911. It has an LED headlight featuring H-shaped DRLs. It also has new colour options, hazard lights, and a dedicated switch to turn them on and off.
