As of now, the brand has not disclosed whether or not they will be launching the new Aerox model in the Indian market. Nevertheless, Yamaha just unveiled a new S version and an improved Aerox in India.
The Yamaha Aerox Alpha still uses the same 155 cc engine to generate power. This unit generates 14.2 Nm of peak torque and 15.4 bhp at 8,000 rpm. Additionally, the CVT on this scooter is now electric.
The NMAX Turbo used the same gearbox arrangement as the brand's previous model. It facilitates the rider's transition between the T and S riding modes. Additionally, the rider may effortlessly choose between the Low, Medium, and High acceleration levels by using the Y-shift button.
When it comes to design, the Yamaha Aero Alpha is more appealing. Using two LED projectors in a distinctive headlight cluster adds to this attractiveness. In order to give the scooter a more aggressive appearance, this unit also makes room for the LED DRLs. This is further supported by the apron's sharp character lines.
With a revamped rear end that includes LED tail lights and indicators, the scooter also appears to have an aerodynamic appearance. Seven distinct colour schemes are used to enhance the scooter's look. Furthermore, Yamaha offers the Aerox Alpha in four variants and 7 different colours.
The list has not ended yet. There is a longer list of features available from the brand, including traction control, emergency start/stop signal, and two riding modes. A TFT screen with three display modes that serve as the instrument console and more. Turn-by-turn navigation and other convenient functions are made possible via the scooter's Bluetooth connectivity. The scooter will come in four different versions: Standard, CyberCity, Turbo, and Turbo Ultimate.
