There are many upcoming bikes lined up for launch in February 2023. Some will be fully electric and battery-powered, and some will be available with internal combustion engines. In addition, well-known manufacturers such as Triumph and Yamaha, also expected to launch their premium motorcycles in the country next month.

2023 started on an enthusiastic pace for all bike lovers with the official launch of the Royal Enfield Super Meteor 650. The starting month proved a runaway success for Royal Enfield. However, this is only the first month, and in February, the two-wheeler market should see the launch of many similar interesting models.

Some will be electric, and some will be Petrol bikes with internal combustion engines. Here, we list all potential two-wheeler models scheduled to launch next month.

Triumph Street Triple

Triumph updated the entire Street Triple lineup last year. However, the booking orders have already started for the Triumph updated models at all dealerships in the country. So if you want to own an updated Triumph motorcycle, you can book your bike by paying Rs 50,000. The company planned to offer three variants- R, RS and the Moto2 edition. However, the Moto2 will only be available in limited numbers in the country. The R and RS will be available in India with upgraded suspension, brakes and electronics, and slightly revised styling. Prices announcement will take place at the time of launch in February 2023.

Pure EcoDryft

The Pure EcoDryft is an electric bike which a Hyderabad-based startup company will launch. Pure EcoDryft will be the company's second launch, as the former electric bike Etryst 350 launched on August 15, 2021. A 3 kWh lithium battery powers EcoDryft. The company claims the battery is powerful enough to run 85-130 km on a single charge. Pure EcoDryft assumed to reach a top speed of 75 km/h. In addition, the Pure EV company has equipped the EcoDryft with several useful features, such as theft protection with a smart lock.

Eeve Forseti

Like EcoDryft, EeVe has previously introduced the Forseti electric scooter. However, the scooter, unveiled at Auto Expo 2020. But, its launch has yet to take place due to various issues, primarily caused by the pandemic. Furthermore, the reports say the Forseti launch will take place in the coming days. Technical characteristics of the scooter have yet to be fully disclosed. But the EeVe Forseti is expected to run 100 km on a single charge, and its batteries will be paired with a BLDC motor.

Matter Electric Bike

Matter's first e-bike has already been unveiled at an auto expo event. The reports say that the expected launch of the matter electric bike can take place in the coming days. This is one of the unique models on our list. The Matter Electric bike is the first electric two-wheeler in India to feature a liquid-cooled motor and liquid-cooled battery. The 10.5 kWh motor is mounted in the middle of the bike. The motor is capable of developing a torque of 520 Nm. The Matter Electric bike is also the first to feature a 4-speed gearbox in addition to a clutch. Now about its battery, a battery with a capacity of 5 kWh is provided, which is enough for a distance of 125 to 150 km on a single charge.

In terms of features, the Matter Electric bike features a 7-inch LCD touchscreen with built-in navigation and connectivity. In addition, it comes with features such as automatic call answering while riding and a crash detection system. Furthermore, the company provides a mobile app which can be synced with the bike. This dedicated mobile app also helps you track vehicle statistics such as charge, current location, and trip analysis.

Yamaha MT-07 and R7

Yamaha is reportedly planning to bring its middleweight bikes to India in February 2023. MT-07 and YZF-R7 were launched worldwide last year and are expected to reach our country via the CBU route. In the starting phase, both bikes will be available in limited numbers. The company will ensure that it will be launched before OBD-2 regulations go into effect from April 2023.
