Unveiled - Triumph Bonneville T120 Black DGR Special Edition in India

Triumph Motorcycles has finally unveiled its special edition of the Bonneville T120 in the Indian market. This bike is labelled as DGR (Distinguished Gentleman's Ride), resulting from a decade-long collaboration between Triumph and Sydney-based DGR. The company revealed that only 250 units of this edition would be manufactured for the international market. However, out of this, only 249 units will be available for sale. 

The 2023 DGR edition number #001 will be provided to the fundraiser who has raised the maximum money. However, the brand is still quiet about the number of units it will distribute in India.

Features & Design of Triumph Bonneville T120 Black DGR Special Edition

The Bonneville T120 Black DGR Special Edition has a special two-toned paint job with metallic black over white. Following a hand-painted gold stripe over the side panels and fuel tank provide a contrast to the black & white colour scheme. The DGR’s ‘dressing dapper philosophy’ highly inspires this colour arrangement.

What’s more there?

This bike has blacked-out dual peashooter exhausts, stitched bench seat in brown colour, and a pillion strap which symbolises periodic designs. In addition, it has mirrors and a circular headlamp. It offers ABS, traction control, ride-by-wire throttle, cruise control, and two riding modes for rain and road — ensuring rider’s safety.

Powertrain of Triumph Bonneville T120 Black DGR Special Edition

This special edition has a 1,200 cc, parallel-twin, liquid-cooled engine, delivering 80 bhp of power, following 105 Nm of torque. Moreover, its engine is paired with a 6-speed gearbox attached to a tubular double-cradle frame. 

Moreover, there are telescopic front forks and preload adjustable dual-rear shocks. Also, dual 310 mm discs are at the front, and a single 255 mm disc is at the back. It has a robust 18-inch wheel around 100/90 front tyre and a 17-inch wheel around 150/70 rear tyre.

Price of Triumph Bonneville T120 Black DGR Special Edition

This special edition Triumph Bonneville T120 Black DGR will be available for Rs. 11.09 lakh (ex-showroom). The bike is soon hitting the Indian market.
