The Bengaluru-based company Ultraviolette has launched its new F77 Mach 2 bike in India. The company has offered two F77 Mach 2 variants. The price for the standard variant is Rs 2,99,000, and for the Mach 2 Recon variant, it's Rs 3,99,000. These prices are valid for the first 1000 buyers.
Ultraviolette launched the updated F77 Mach 2 after 1.6 years of first introducing the F77 in 2022. The F77 Mach 2 builds on the F77 platform. Its design is similar to the old F77, but now it offers three different styles: Airstrike, Laser, and Shadow. The updated bike also improves performance and hardware.

The standard variant has a 7.1kWh battery and a range of 211km. Its motor produces 27kW power and 90 Nm torque that allows riders to ride it at a top speed of 155kmph. It can accelerate from 0-65kmph in 2.9 seconds and 0-100kmph in 7.8 seconds.
Furthermore, the Ultraviolette F77 Mach 2 Recon variant has a 10.3kWh battery and offers a range of 323km. Its motor delivers 30kW power and 100 Nm torque. The top speed of this electric bike is also the same at 155kmph. However, it is faster than the standard variant. It can accelerate from 0-65kmph in 2.8 seconds and 0-100kmph in 7.7 seconds.
The Recon variant takes 5 hours to charge from 20-80% with the standard charger and 2.5 hours with the boost charger. On the other hand, the standard variant takes 3 hours using a standard charger and 1.5 hours with a boost charger. With the Ultraviolette Supernova plus 12kW fast charger, the standard variant takes 45 minutes, and the Recon variant takes 60 minutes.
The F77 Mach 2 has a steel trellis frame. It rides on a preload adjustable 41mm inverted fork and preload-adjustable monoshock. Its wheels are 17 inches in diameter, with 110-section front and 150-section rear tubeless tyres. Moreover, it is equipped with a 320mm front disc and a 230mm rear disc with dual-channel ABS.
Ultraviolette F77 Mach 2 comes with some new features. It offers three ride modes: glide, Combat, and Ballistic. Additionally, it includes features like charge limit, park assist, find my F77 and Deep sleep/vacation mode as standard. However, smart techs like Violette AI geofencing/delta watch, lockdown, crash alerts, and daily ride analytics are optional extras. Both versions will eventually include the Hill Hold feature as standard.
The standard variant has 3 levels of regen braking, but you can upgrade to the 10 levels available on the Recon variant. The Recon variant also comes with 3 levels of traction control as standard, while it's an extra option for the standard variant.
