TVS Motor Sales Report For July 2023 Records A 4% Rise In Total Sales

TVS Motor Company reported a 4% increase in its total sales in July 2023. The manufacturer has sold over 3,25,977 units, while last year, in the same month (July 2022), it registered a total sales of 3,14,639 units. Talking about the 2-wheeler sales specifically, the company experienced a 4% increase in sales, with 3,12,307 units sold in July 2023, as opposed to 2,99,658 units in July 2022. 

Moreover, TVS Electric Scooter - TVS iQube has been shining bright with an overwhelming response from the customers. It alone experienced a sales unit of 13,306 units in July 2023. The company has registered a 17% growth in its domestic 2-wheeler sales in July 2023, with July 2022 sales figure at 2,01,942 units as compared to 2,35,230 units in July 2023. 

TVS Sales Increase

In the domestic market, sales figures for TVS 2-wheelers marked an impressive growth of 17%, with 2,35,230 units sold in July 2023, as compared to 2,01,942 units sold in July 2022. 

As for motorcycle sales by TVS, it experienced a small 2% growth, with 1,53,942 units sold in July 2023, as compared to 1,50,340 units in July 2022. Consequently, TVS Motor scooter sales registered a 5% growth, with 121,941 units sold in July 2023, as opposed to 121,941 units sold in July 2022. 

TVS Export Sales Decline

In terms of export sales by TVS Motors, the manufacturer registered a marginal dip, with 89,213 units sold in July 2023, as opposed to 112,032 units sold in July 2022. In addition, the 2-wheeler exports boasted a sales volume of 77,077 units in July 2023, as opposed to 97,716 units sold in July 2022.

TVS iQube & Its Rising Demand 

TVS iQube has been stealing the hearts of customers ever since it was first launched in the market. It registered a total of 13,306 sales volume in July 2023. Subsequently, it sold over 6,304 units in July 2022. Given these figures, the iQube electric scooter now boasts a total sales unit of 1,50,000 units.
